Owner / Property Manager purchased this townhome in 1998
Property is lovely and well-maintained. Great views from the balconies. Very clean, great location. Perfect time of year in Frisco Colorado!
Perfectly located! From Breckinridge to Copper Mountain, we enjoyed every minute from mountain biking/hiking to booking an hour in Frisco's "Escape Room." Of course the restaurant offering was delicious! We grilled one evening too. We topped off every exhausting day with an hour in the hot tub and a good bottle of wine. Great family vacation!
WE loved this property. It has plenty of room for everyone, We had my parents, sister and then my family (me and my husband and two teenagers). Loved the bedrooms because they each had there own bathroom areas to use. Washer and dryer were very handy. The Hot Tub was amazing to sit in at night. The upstairs was a little warm at first but with fans it was great. Allison was great to work with, so polite and generous with her home. They have plenty of spices and things to cook with with. We grilled out almost every night and it was great big dinning area for us all to eat at. They have plenty of puzzles, games, and cards to keep you busy after a long day of hiking, biking riding or fishing. ( summer time of course). Loved how you could jump on the bike trail right outside the front door and ride the trails for miles and miles. That was amazing. Wifi came in handy for kids on tablets . Has a nice garage for parking car, or to keep your bikes or kayaks in. We kayaked the lake which is also right behind the house with very easy access to it for fishing and boating. My only negative would be the stairs. I had no problem with them but my dad who is 73 had a hard time because there are stairs to get in the home, then each area has stairs, it has almost 5 sets of stairs, the house is broken up in levels, ( which is nice cause it makes you have your own area for sleeping etc). But its kind of hard for ones that have problems with stairs, so i wouldn't suggest this is you have aged ones in your group. The rest of us had no issues. WE also loved it cause it is in a central location to everywhere, 15 min from Breck, 35 min from Leadville, 5 min from Dillion, 20 min from Georgetown ( love that cute town, great shops and cute park) So much more to see thats all within an hour from the house. Would love to go back in the winter next time. Thanks again Allison we really enjoyed our stay..
We had 4 adults and 5 kids staying at this place. There was plenty of space for everyone. The view from the top balcony was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially appreciated how well all the switches and appliances where labeled, it make everything so much easier. It was a 2 minute walk to a local trail and/or the lake.
This is our second time renting this property. It is perfect for two families. There are multiple mini flights of stairs that help separate the rooms. Four bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms can sleep 11 without feeling crowded. We will rent this property again!!
Our group of 10 adults had a great time staying at this well stocked and well maintained townhouse. There was plenty of space for all of us to sleep comfortably and we loved relaxing in the hot tub or by the fireplace, playing games around the table, and cooking dinners in the large kitchen. The location is perfect for driving into downtown Frisco or heading to the ski resorts. There were only two parking spots at the house (garage and driveway) but there was an overflow lot just down the street where extra cars could park. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cooking items and dishes, the only thing missing was a recycling bin. The owner and property manager were very communicative and the rental process was easy and straightforward. We'll definitely be back again next winter!
