Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.

Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, and local supermarkets. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.

If you have good luck you will meet our favourite previous Mayor of London - Boris Johnson - while he goes shopping as he chose Angel as his home. Islington is well known for nightlife and theatre and offers an impressive range to rival the West End.

There is central heating and a fan (and no need for Air Conditioning (AC) in London)

The spacious open-plan living room area hosts a couch that converts into a double sofa-bed for additional guess, as well as an extra guest bed. There is public (paid) parking for your car- should you choose to drive into London. We recommend public transport instead- because it can take you everywhere. My apartment doesn’t have parking but you’ll be able to park in the streets (pay-and-display) or at indoor parking at the N1 centre in our area here. Complete specific detailed information will be sent with your booking confirmation and arrival instructions and you can look up online too.

Several live music venues are also close by- the Union Chapel, O2 Academy Islington and The Garage to mention some. Super location, great finishes, clean and comfortable just like being at home.

High Speed Internet/WIFI connections. Top floor so very quiet, and with double-glazed windows throughout. Very bright with natural light, and with blackout blinds for comfort. It has a great open-plan spacious feel as a 1 bedroom apartment.

What makes this apartment unique

Location close to attractions and transport, in a real London non-touristic trendy neighbourhood with all amenities from supermarket across the street to cafes, restaurants and even bars and pubs. The flat is very bright and airy, yet double glazed and with blackout blinds for comfort.

Quant and very comfortable.

The location of this flat is perfect in relation to London attractions and places to eat. The area is clean and on a unique street. They have restaurants for everything you could want (French, English Breakfast, or just morning coffee). It is very close to the Angel Underground station which is central to places all around London.

You do have to navigate three flights of stairs to the top as there is no lift, but worth the trouble. The bedroom in the back is very quiet and you are assured a good night sleep on the comfortable bed.

The flat itself is not large but has every amenity you could need. There is a kettle for tea as well as a toaster and microwave. There is a fridge for groceries and a Nesco grocer nearby. The TV is large if you want to check the news and weather. There is a fairly decent selection of channels too. We did not spend a lot of time in the flat as we were out seeing the sights. But you will appreciate the layout once you come home and want to take a hot shower and get to sleep.

The locals are very friendly and extremely helpful. Any of the nearby pubs will provide a suggestion or recommendation if you ask. We had a great time. The owner couldn't be nicer and was very accommodating. They provide services many don't as we had someone help us check in and show us how everything works. It made our stay easy and enjoyable. I would definitely rent this flat again and use the owner without hesitation. They really go all out to make your stay comfortable.

A modern comfortable apartment in a great district

We had a great time. The apartment is nicely decorated, modern with a very comfortable bed! Everything is so thought out, from the tea and coffee, body shop shampoo to all the stuff for cooking. You don't need anything to bring with you, everything is just there which was just amazing. The quick self check in system was very convenient and easy to follow. Also the area of Angel/Islington is very lively with lots of bars and trendy restaurants, we loved it! And if you fancy travelling somewhere for a day, St Pancras international is only 10 minutes bus ride with a bus stop just other side of the street. A great experience overall.

Fantastic Flat - clean, quaint, and perfect location

We decided to rent a flat in London instead of staying in a traditional hotel. We are so glad we did. The flat was absolutely perfect and gave us that unique London experience we were looking for. The charming terrace, the convenience of the kitchen facilities, and the outstanding location with great restaurants, 24/7 market, and bus stops & 2 tube stations within 5 minute walks all made this trip amazingly memorable.

Paulo was outstanding to work with and was there if and when we needed him to attend to our questions/needs. When in London again we will definitely be renting this or one of Paulo's other properties.

Amazing apartment the heart of Causeway Bay

I stayed in Paulo's lovely flat for over 2 months and really felt at home.

The bedroom is in the back of the flat, where a quiet and peaceful evenings and night sleep are assured, while at your doorstep are all the restaurants and nightlife of Angel/Islington. The flat is well-equipped, clean, comfortable, and the location is superb. I recommend guests visiting London for the for a solid base in one of London's trendiest areas.

Amazing location! great service!

The flat is located in an amazingly trendy area, packed with restaurants of all kinds, always providing a feeling of the real London. We were not overwhelmed by so many tourists, whilst being in Zone 1. The service provided by the rentals team was definitely a great plus! very attentive to the details with instructions available for everything and even accomodating well our special requests. A great experience! next time in London, I won´t hesitate to book again.
