This 1100 sq. ft. NEWLY & FULLY RENOVATED (completed Jan. 2013), 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths contemporary-styled apartment is located at the heart of the slopes on Telegraph Hill. It is located between the Coit Tower and the Transamerica Pyramid Building which are just a few walking blocks away.

On a clear day, take the walking route and avoid the limited parking at the Coit Tower by taking the Filbert steps at Montgomery. Along the route, you will be engaged with beautiful foliage in spectacular gardens, art deco homes and wonderful views of San Francisco. The famous steps are also home to the wild parrots which were featured in a 2005 documentary, 'The Wild Parrots on Telegraph Hill'.

A block above Telegraph Hill is North Beach (a.k.a. Little Italy). Here you will be adorned with cafes, restaurants, plentiful shopping and nightlife. Payment Information

A deposit of $400.00 is required to hold your reservation. We

must receive payment by eCheck or credit card for the deposit within (3) days of initial booking. Once deposit is received, your dates are officially reserved.

The balance of the rental payment is due (30) days prior to check-in. The booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited if payment of balance is not received.

Upon your arrival, the $400.00 deposit converts to a damage deposit. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be back to your account within three to seven days of your departure.

If you cancel MORE than 30 days before check-in, your deposit will be returned less $50.00 fee.

If you cancel LESS than 30 days before check-in, ONLY your security deposit will be returned to you ($400.00).

If cancellation occurs on your first day, there will be NO refunds for any reason.

No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.

No cancellations or refunds will be due to you because of weather-related issues, earthquakes or related outages of utility services including: electricity, phone, internet, Wi-Fi, television, or gas.

Upon receiving your security deposit and Rental Agreement, a rental confirmation and payment receipt will be sent to you.

Once we receive full payment for your reservation, we will send you confirmation of your reservation.

As owners, the Tom Family have been a resident of this Edwardian home in S.F. since 1963. When the children started their own families, the 3-story home was converted to 3 apartment flats. The Tom Family takes pride in their building and therefore you can be assured that the quality will be there. They are proud to share to their customers, this spotless and comfortable apartment located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

There are an abundance of restaurants and shopping, sightseeing areas and nightlife within walking distance of this location. Beautiful, clean, comfortable apartment!

Our family enjoyed staying in this lovely place. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. While it is close to a lot of the things you want to see, the property is located on a very steep hill. The hill is not impossible to navigate but it made grocery shopping or running out for a cup of coffee a challenge. We planned our days to walk downhill and take mass transit or an uber back.

The property was ideally situated for siteseeing the city of San Francisco - walking distance to the North Beach & wharves area , city centre & Union Square shopping precincts, public transport and an abundance of restauarants & cafes.

It was very clean, comfortable & modernised, catering for all our needs. Bathrooms were generously supplied with amenities & towels etc. Kitchen was sparkling, spacious & well equiped.

Would certainly stay here again if we returned.

great place, great location

Our family of five enjoyed our stay on Telegraph Hill. Easy walk to multiple sites including Golden Boy pizza which was a hit with our high school and college age kids. The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked for a dinner we made at home. We did not rent a car but either walked or took Uber to various locations.

Great place to stay!

I took my two grown daughters to San Francisco from 7/12/17 -7/16/17. My sister, who lives in Vallejo, CA. came and stayed with us, also. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The three bedrooms worked out great and the two bathrooms helped us all get around easily in the mornings so we could head out on our sightseeing adventures. The location is within walking distance of several restaurants and China Town. We bought a multiple-day pass for the Hop On/Hop Off bus and the pick-up was just a few blocks away. We used the bus and Uber for our transportation around the city and that worked out well. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit. We appreciated the cleanliness and amenities of this apartment.

Perfect location!

This lovely apartment was our home base to explore San Francisco with our 3 kids for four days. It was absolutely perfect. Nicely appointed and cared for and the perfect location. We never took a cab and we're able to walk everywhere. The hills were crazy, but it became part of the experience and, now that we're home, it's fun to talk about how we stayed in the hilly part of the city! Owner was very responsive and had plenty of travel information avaialable for his guests. Would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and would absolutely stay again. Thank you!
