This classic cape, originally built in 1850, is in a quiet neighborhood just off of Bradford street. Commercial street is only a 5 minute walk. The property is on a double lot with a larged fenced in backyard that is ideal for pets and/or dining outdoors. There is mature landscaping, a gas grill, outdoor seating and parking for 4 cars. On the first floor, there is the living room with a gas burning fireplace, hardwood floors with 2 bedrooms (one king and one queen size bed) 1 bath with shower and washer/dryer. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms( one King and one queen size beds), 1 bath with a shower and a small loft seating area. The house is very bright and sunny with ac units in the bedrooms and living room. The living room also has a flat sceen tv, cable, wi-fi, a blue ray dvd player and ceiling fan. The dining room can seat 8 people comfortably. The kitchen is fully equiped with all utensils, coffee maker, can opener, microwave, dishwasher, iron and board, pots, pans dishes etc. All beach accessories including chairs, umbrellas and coolers are provided. This is a non-smoking home.

We chose this property because of its original Cape style, larged fenced in backyard, parking and location (walking distance to shops and restaurants)
The property, although has parking for 4 cars and a large fenced in yard for pets or sunbathing and dining outside
We stayed with a group of friend and our 2 dogs and we were all impressed with this cape house. It was spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and had all the conveniences of home. It has a great private outdoor space that is fenced so our dogs had a lot of space to run and play.
The location was ideal as it was a short walk to the heart of Commercial Street. It also had plenty of parking on site to accommodate all of our friend's cars which was a bonus.
The Owners' attention to detail was evident throughout the house and the rental process. We plan to rent this house again next season if not sooner.
Thank you both so much, we had a great week! The house is great, better than the pictures!! We loved the location as we could walk everywhere but come home to a quiet neighborhood. The pups loved the yard, David loved the linens!! We will be back next year!
