This classic cape, originally built in 1850, is in a quiet neighborhood just off of Bradford street. Commercial street is only a 5 minute walk. The property is on a double lot with a larged fenced in backyard that is ideal for pets and/or dining outdoors with outdoor fireplace and shower. There is mature landscaping, a gas grill, outdoor seating and parking for 6 cars. On the first floor, there is the living room with a gas burning fireplace, and a brand new great room with a wood burning fireplace with doors that open onto the patio. Hardwood floors with 2 bedrooms (one with a vaulted ceiling and king size bed and one bedroom with a queen size bed) 2 baths with showers and a washer/dryer in the basement. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms( one King and one queen size beds), 1 bath with a shower and a small loft seating area. The house is very bright and sunny with ac units in the bedrooms and living room and central air in the kitchen/great room and split units in each bedroom. There are flat sceen televisions in both living rooms, cable, and wi-fi. The dining room can seat 8 people comfortably. The kitchen is newly constructed and fully equiped with all utensils, coffee maker, can opener, microwave, dishwasher, iron and board, pots, pans dishes and an island all which open up to the great room and patio. All beach accessories including chairs, umbrellas and coolers are provided. This is a non-smoking home.

By far, the best place we've stayed in Ptown!

We have a group of 8 friends that attend Carnival Week for the last 10 years. We have stayed at this location for 5 of those years and it has been our favorite home away from home. The recent addition and renovations have taken an already beautiful and welcoming home and made it a stunning place to stay. The rooms are clean & comfortable, the kitchen is amazing and the bathrooms are fantastic (as fantastic as bathrooms can be). The house is clean, secure and in an incredibly convenient central location. There is a large, comfortable fenced-in back yard that is great for breakfast and dinner on the patio. The owners have been nothing short of amazing each time we've stayed. Great at communicating prior to our stay and check in a couple times to make sure there aren't any issues with the rental. We have never had anything short of a 5-star stay here!

If you get a chance to stay in this clean and luxurious place- DO IT!

Great place to stay

We stayed with a group of friend and our 2 dogs and we were all impressed with this cape house. It was spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated and had all the conveniences of home. It has a great private outdoor space that is fenced so our dogs had a lot of space to run and play.

The location was ideal as it was a short walk to the heart of Commercial Street. It also had plenty of parking on site to accommodate all of our friend's cars which was a bonus.

The Owners' attention to detail was evident throughout the house and the rental process. We plan to rent this house again next season if not sooner.

Great house and location

Thank you both so much, we had a great week! The house is great, better than the pictures!! We loved the location as we could walk everywhere but come home to a quiet neighborhood. The pups loved the yard, David loved the linens!! We will be back next year!

Close to the center of town and walking distance to the piers where the ferry from Boston arrives as well as fishing, whale watching and sailing charters depart. Walking distance to grocery and liquor stores and 2 gyms as well as all Commercial Street has to offer.
