About Lance & LIsa
We fell in love with Puerto Rico on our first trip! It is just 3 hours, direct flight from the East Coast of the US, and has all the same conveniences as home: language, currency, internet but a distinct culture all its own! It's a tropical paradise (a year-round average of 80 degrees) 12 months of the year! It's beach season all year round! Our first trip to PR was so wonderful that we decided to look for a vacation home there as opposed to the continental US. We traveled all over PR and visited Palmas Del Mar and knew that we'd found our home away from home. Crescent Cove, in Palmas, is paradise to us. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
Lance & LIsa purchased this Villa in 2006
Why Lance & LIsa chose Humacao
Coming from the colder Northeast US, we wanted warmth and to be able to see and hear the ocean from a vacation property, and be able to swim everytime we vacation. The ocean is always warm and wonderful! So easy to just walk right in!
What makes this Villa unique
The sight and sound of the ocean - there's nothing like our view!

Amazing place to stay.
The view was amazing!!! The property was very clean and the property manager was very helpful for the few things I called her about. I did find out that the tv needs to be set on Antenna to work and to get to the beach you need to go out the gate. You will need to pull up on the handle to open it.
The down fall of the property was that it needs updated. The grill is not in working condition so I feel they should replace it if they are going to advertise it on their website. The sliding door on the top level needs to be replaced because it comes off the tracks and is hard to open. My mom stayed on the top floor and suggested that they add shelving for clothing.
In all the place was great and I would stay there again.
Phenomenal stay- I wish it was longer than just three days
Lisa’s villa in the gated community of Palmas Del Mar was an exceptional choice for our first stop on our ten-day stay on PR. Lisa is a gracious hostess, providing ample communication, both before as well as during our stay. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed to enhance our stay, whether it was coffee for mornings on the balcony, beach toys and equipment for play and relaxation, bikes to easily travel the community, WiFi to stay connected with our friends back home, a binder full of information about activities in the area, and so much more! Our top three activities while here included the following: dinner and drinks at Pura Vida at the Palmanova Plaza- our server provided our son, a business major, an exceptional lesson in promotion and customer service, plus, the food was delicious; strolling the boardwalk through the Pterocarpus Forest, a nature preserve right on the community grounds; and our top must-do activity (only for the adventurous and physically fit) was a guided tour of El Yunque rainforest with Montaña Explora- we hiked, went rock sliding, cliff jumping, rappelling, and learned about the many plants and trees in the rainforest. In sum, our stay here was a true delight, and I highly recommend staying here.
Peace in Paradise
Quaint condo in a great location! Views...simply amazing!
Spacious for us 6
We enjoyed having a lot of room for the 6 of us (2 adults, 4 kids-age 11-17). Loved the balcony for my morning coffee and the top terrace balcony was a great extra, especially for having wine. We found everything we needed and made use of the coffee pot. There was quite a bit of seaweed on the beach and the waves were quite big. We bought some groceries at Walmart to cut down on food expenses while staying. We left some unopened items for the next guests to enjoy, and a bit of rum that I couldn't finish :) I recommend eating at Pura Vida in Palmas Del Mar. We dined outdoors there. The service and food was exceptional. We got pizza to go one night at Flying Pizza. Plan to take it back to the room. You might get lucky to get a table but don't count on it. The Chihuahua Mexican restaurant was good but just normal "Mexican food" in my opinion. If I could recommend one place to not miss dining at while in Puerto Rico it would be Las Vistas Cafe at Siete Mares Bay Inn--in Fajardo. Roadside parking is scarce there, but try to make it work. The service in amazing along with wonderful food and an amazing view.
We had an absolutely magical time in CC11!
The accommodations were perfect and we consider it our home away from home and will be back again and again and again!
Loved the area, great hosts that were extremely responsive and helpful, pool area, beach, property etc. were all as wonderful as the pictures.
