Recomendo, tudo conforme anunciado sem nenhuma surpresa!

Peço desculpas novamente pelo ter quebrado as taças de cristal que estavam no apto, minha empregada que foi conosco conforme comentei não teve o devido cuidado ao lavar a louça. O valor já foi depositado na conta de sua tia.

Chiquérrimo, voltarei em breve!!!

Optei por este imóvel devido ao número de avaliações e não estou arrependida em nada. O processo da reserva foi muito simples, o dono logo a emitiu e recebi em meu e-mail e 20 minutos depois já recebi o contrato de locação assinado em meu e-mail, bem como a solicitação de pagamento do site PayPal.

Serei bem sincera viajantes...Já reservei inúmeros aptos na região e esse ficou em 1° lugar mesmo não tendo "piscina" e conto o motivo...Aluguei 3 aptos de "outros anunciantes" em 2015 e 2016 na mesma região, e os condomínios NÃO PERMITEM que seja utilizada a piscina do prédio e isso pq os donos na época disseram que poderia ser utilizada! O que quero dizer, não adianta pagar mais caro sendo que 90% dos prédios (pesquisei) que tem a piscina não permite, veja bem, não permitem que quem aluga por temporada utilize a piscina (normas do regimento interno) ou seja, você paga caro para ver a piscina mas não para utiliza-lá devido que o proprietário leva multa. Por isso, daqui em diante só alugo apto sem piscina mas perto do mar como este aqui.

O melhor apto na minha opinião (custo x beneficio)

Já somos da família! rsrsrs

Já é minha 12° hospedagem no apto do Janssen, aluguei a 1° vez em 2011 quando ele nem anunciava por aqui.

Faço questão de avaliar a pedido do Janssen toda vez que ficamos no Praiamar. Nesse período que o Janssen nos atende, sempre é muito côrtes e pontual. Em 05 anos ele manteve tudo como novo, sempre fazendo as devidas manutenções, pinturas e sempre compra itens novos para o apto.

Eu sempre tive um pé atrás em alugar aptos na praia, sempre ficavamos em hotéis na região, mas claro custa 4x mais para uma família de 8 pessoas e meu PET não era aceito na maioria das vezes até que comecei a alugar esse apto. Gosto pq com o Janssen eu sei que o apto existe, que os funcionários do Janssen irão nos receber no horário combinado da reserva enfim, total confiança, excelente imóvel/preço etc.......

Parabéns ao Janssen que começou anos atrás com 1 apto e agora tem 3 aptos no mesmo prédio, isso demonstra que é uma pessoa focada em seus objetivos e esta colhendo o fruto disso tudo, sabe trabalhar redondo como ele mesmo sempre fala!

Já fechei minha reserva pra Janeiro de 2018 no novo apto!

APTO NOVO, CLEAN E MODERNO!

Super recomendo!

Chegamos bem cansados após uma viagem de 8 horas e ao abrir a porta do apto veio um perfume M-A-R-A-V-I-L-H-O de Alecrim (acho que era o Lelis Blanc) isso tem preço? rsrsrs

Preços abaixo do mercado em minha opinião, pelo que o apto oferece...

Apartamento muito novo, moderno, camas excelentes, localização 10 ao lado do mar (se ouve as ondas do apto).

Nota 10 pelo atendimento dos donos Janssen e Jacimara, qualidade de hotel 05 estrelas na minha opinião!

Apartamento muito bom, tudo muito bem organizado e limpo, muito perto da praia. Proprietários atenciosos, e agradáveis. Gostei muito do atendimento do Janssen, paguei minha estadia à vista quase 1 ano antes. E já vou começar a pagar para o próximo ano com certeza... recomendadíssimo!!

Pitangueiras is the central district of the city name and one of the busiest beaches in the city of Guaruja, State of Sao Paulo.

Pitangueiras is the first beach to be seen, whether they arrive by ferry or by road because is located in the central area of ​​the city, whose district also has the name of the beach and divides the city's coast on beaches both north and south. Good for swimming, urbanized, with long buildings throughout its coastline. It is one of the beaches with the highest concentration of tourists; has a preferred area for surfing, near the Morro do Maluf (whose correct name is Morro da Campina) and in the center a small island, inhabited by vultures and crabs, called Pombeva. In Pitangueiras also is located the promenade where are the restaurants, bars and Shopping La Plage. At the west end of the beach is the Over the Waves building, built so close to the sea, when the tide is high, the water gets to tap into their base.

This beach was once known as the Laranjeiras Beach, because there was a culture of Dona Maria Malta property of orange, over time the orange trees were replaced with feet of cherry, hence the name Pitangueiras. Pitangueiras which is also the name of the neighborhood where is located the street Rio de Janeiro, a closed street to vehicle traffic, being exclusively for pedestrians who frequent the many bars therein.

-Contrato de locação temporada com apresentação da documentação do imóvel em nome/pessoal/tel.do prédio/tel da adm;
-Forma de pagamento à negociar.
-Horário de entrada "padrão" 15:00 horas (pode alterar)
-Horário de Saída "padrão" 11:00 horas (pode alterar)
-As chaves do imóvel ficam disponíveis na portaria do condomínio porém, temos uma pessoa designada a acompanhar (entrada/saída)
-Não pedimos valores em caução
-Forma de pagamento: BOLETO BANCÁRIO OU CARTÃO DE CRÉDITO
-Não recebemos no dia da entrada (favor não insistir) passamos TODAS as garantias antes do pagamento
-Vagas de garagem no edifício de garagens Boulevard (ap.68 e 128) ao lado do prédio com seguro contra danos e cartão de acesso que será entregue no dia da entrada.

-CASO O HÓSPEDE SOLICITE A EMISSÃO DA RESERVA OU DO CONTRATO, MESMO QUE NÃO TENHA ASSINADO E PAGO NENHUM VALOR, COMO NORMALMENTE ENVIAMOS O CONTRATO JUNTAMENTE COM O BOLETO OU OS BOLETOS,FICARÁ DESDE JÁ CIENTE CASO VENHA DESISTIR/CANCELAR ATÉ A DATA DO VENCIMENTO DE SEU BOLETO, QUE SERÁ OBRIGADO A PAGAR:
-CUSTO DE EMISSÃO DO CONTRATO DE LOCAÇÃO R$ 100,00
-CUSTO DE EMISSÃO BOLETO BANCÁRIO EMITIDO (R$ 5,00 POR BOLETO)
-MULTA DE 10% SOBRE O VALOR DA RESERVA
