We stayed for one week at this fabulous apartment. It is lovely, comfortable, convenient to quaint restaurants and shops, and a simple walk to the Metro. We highly recommend it.
This was our first trip to Paris and our first vacation rental. The experience and property met our expectations in every way. The apartment, located in the heart of Paris’s historical 3rd Arrondissement, was exactly what we were looking for. Immersing ourselves into a community, not feeling like a tourist, and dining at neighborhood cafes was exactly what we were looking for and truly enhanced our trip. The modern apartment had the comforts of home and countless advantages including: cooking your own meals, free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, privacy, and most importantly cost-effective. The vacation rental gave us a diverse experience into a city that a hotel wouldn’t be able to compare. The apartment manager (Bertino) was a wealth of knowledge, providing us with restaurant options, answering public transportation questions, filling us in on Paris’s latest current events (the Charlie Hebdo attacks happened two months prior to our visit), and even calling to remind us of the spring time change. We look forward to booking more rental vacations in the future!
This is the best time I've ever had in Paris and that is saying alot! Such a well designed apt and I couldn't have been more charmed by the neighborhood. You could stay in the Marais a week and forget there is even an Eiffel Tower if you wanted to! Bertino, the manager is fantastic. This apt is on the small side (esp for more than 2 people) but is extremely efficient. I would stay here again!
If I say how great this place is, then everyone will want to stay here and then it won't be available when we come back next year. (But all the other reviewers are accurate in their positive observations.)
This apartment is very well equipped- full sized oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. and in a fantastic location just a short walk from a major Metro station - Republique- and also Temple so there are several lines easily accessible. In the area are numerous restaurants and a large Monoprix supermarket, also lots of shops including patisseries, fashion etc. The apartment is well laid out and the bed is very comfortable (a memory foam mattress). I slept very well as it is on a small side street and at the back of the building so it was extremely quiet. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained and Bertino who met us on our arrival was extremely helpful and friendly. Booking was excellent- Farid replied fully to my queries usually within a few hours but always within 24 hours. The whole process of booking, payment and instructions how to find the apartment etc was faultless. I would definitely stay again without hesitation.
We stayed here recently for five days and found the apartment an absolutely perfect place to stay. It was extremely well-equipped, comfortable and a real home away from home. Its location is ideal in a very chic part of the city with many attractions withing easy walking distance. It was surrounded by many cafés and restaurants, particularly places to get good coffee. I would recommend the Loustic for Australians who are keen on a good latte or flat white. A wonderful place for dinner is Auberge Nicholas Flamel located in the oldest house in Paris. Our host was very friendly and helpful and ensured that everything was perfect for our arrival. I can't speak highly enough of this wonderful apartment and it will certainly be our base again for our next trip to Paris.
