Our beautifully furnished condo G306 is located RIGHT ON BAVARO BEACH From my condo you have a Priceless Ocean, Beach and pool view.

We have granite countertops, tiled-floor throughout, LG digital flat screen TV, PRIVATELY Dedicated/High Speed/Broadband/Wi-Fi Internet, designer faucets, new appliances (on-demand hot water, fridge, propane stove, microwave, etc.).

Private parking space by condo. Laundry facility, huge lagoon-style pool with bar and restaurant alongside, and the pristine white sand beach are right outside your door. A five-minute walk to numerous restaurants (Caribbean, Italian, Cuban, Asian, French, etc.), three grocery stores, fabulous bakeries, deli, money exchange, liquor stores, pharmacy, pizza shop, gift & souvenir shops, and the small beach town of El Cortecito. A large, expanded shopping mall with CinemaPlex movie theatre, Hard Rock Cafe, Outback Steakhouse and other restaurants, wine shops, jewelry stores, night clubs, casinos, outdoor markets, a nature park, as well as car, four wheeler, cycle & scooter rentals close by.

A REFUNDABLE $300 CASH SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIRED UPON ARRIVAL
(This is returned at departure unless there is damage to the condo or its contents)

Rentals greater than one month (28 nights)pay all electric charges and have a $500. refundable security deposit
Our managers can arrange for Optional Airport Pick-up and Delivery for $35 each way
We provide our guests with a smoke-free environment--indoor smoking is prohibited.
No pets permitted.
Rentals 3 weeks or less: Booking Reservation Deposit: $250 will hold your booking
Final Payment: Your balance due 'in full' is due upon arrival to condo.
Security Deposit: $ 300 refundable security deposit is required.
Rentals 3 weeks or less will receive $50.00 Electricity allowance, which is more than ample.
Any overages will be deducted from your Security Deposit upon exit of condo.
3-night minimum stay
