The home boasts a very open floor plan with large kitchen and dining room, 2 spacious family rooms with 55' HD TV/dish and wood burning fireplace. Enjoy an outdoor meal or cocktail overlooking the water! Make yourself at home!!!
Our home is located in Hayden in the Hayden View Estates, within 7 miles of downtown Coeur D Alene and the Coeur D Alene Lake and Resort. We are a short distance to Avondale, Hayden and the CDA golf courses. We are also located just up the hill from Hayden Lake Public Beach and boat launch. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet walk or for a more serious workout we are surrounded by numerous hiking and cycling trails.
For winter sport enthusiasts, we're conveniently located within 45 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes of three major mountain resorts including Schweitzer, Silver Mountain, and Lookout Pass.

Born and raised in southern California we were ready for a change. We visited family here and decided to move in October 2006. We fell in love with the seasons, beauty and recreation of Coeur D Alene.

Our family rented several homes to use for a family reunion in June, 2015. We found this home very inviting, clean, and comfortable. The owners were friendly throughout the process and were very accessible if we needed to ask them anything during our weeklong stay. The home had many charming decorative touches, the beds were very comfortable and there were many places where you could seek solitude if you needed it. Several large screen TV's, although not necessary in such a beautiful place, were enjoyed by some of our group. The rooms were quiet and we did not hear voices coming from the other bedrooms. Our first night we ate barbecued salmon and steak on the wonderful lake view deck. The food , view, and ambience were excellent. The home was extremely well stocked and they had everything we could possibly want. There was even a case of chilled small water bottles in the refrigerator for us when we arrived. At night friendly deer roamed the neighborhood which added to the charm. It was a delightful week.
I wanted a place I could gather my friends to hang out when we were not out and about. The owners were very helpful throughout the rental process. The house is large and has space for everyone to find their quiet spot. The open floor plan allowed us to stretch out and still be able to communicate easily. My favorite part was to wake up with the sunrise and go sit on the patio where I could watch the lake and the birds flying around. The location was easy to find and allowed easy access to our daily destinations. It was just a lovely time and I highly recommend this property.
A beautiful, comfortable home is just what our family needed after a wedding celebration. LotMs of relaxing, cooking, and all the comforts of home! We loved the outdoor dek over looking the sweet lake. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us!

Ironman 2016 is 5 night minimum and the rate is 450.00 per night.
Owners reserve right to add additional fees for additional guests in party or increase of deposit if over max # of guests.
We can also do payment arrangement with 1/2 due at contract signing and 1/2 due 30 days prior to arrival. No cancellations unless re-rented.
