2 bedroom newly renovated home within easy access to all of LA.

Little Hacienda as we call it is our two bedroom home situated in the art deco area of Los Angeles known as' Culver City' Its architecture is reminiscent of a Mexican hacienda (albeit on a slightly smaller scale). Culver City has over the past few years seen a massive revival and now become one of the hippest and safest places to live in LA county.

Its convenience to the beaches, and business districts of Century City and to UCLA make it an ideal location for both business and pleasure. Getting around is easy as its close to Washington Blv. probably one of the only roads not to get jammed with traffic...its one of the locals 'best kept secrets'!!

Hacienda is walking distance to the town centre where there are an abundance of trendy and iconic restaurants, bars and cafes including major box retail stores, supermarkets and the famous Sony studios. The house is situated in a very family friendly and safe area ..where neighbors actually talk to each other.

The House itself is beautifully appointed and was just recently renovated. A special feature is an original vaulted ceilings with its massive beams.

There is a lush garden with the ubiquitous lemon tree with succulent fruits and a patio to lounge away those balmy evenings - A truly tranquil oasis quiet and away from the madding crowds!!

Inside the house there are two bedrooms, a family room, a dining room and a kitchen with chefs stove and large refrigerator. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast room and laundry which lead out to the rear garden.

The house has wireless internet, cable TV and Parking is on street where there IS an abundance of on street parking.

We pride ourselves in having high standards of cleanliness and make sure that you get a good nights sleep by providing high quality linens and bedding.

Hair dryer, toiletries and slippers.

We bought in Culver City not only because its one of the most sort after locations in the LA area , but mainly because of where its situated..at the best of times LA traffic is a nightmare but getting to most places is so easy ..even at the busiest times of the day..its also got a very trendy neighborly feel, great shops and restaurants.

so after all that driving you can relax in the garden with is bubbling fountain or walk to the restaurants, cafes and shops!!

Moved to the guest house....

We were set for the main house but they canceled it and moved us to the guest house behind. It was clean and well kept but did not look as good as the main house.

Wonderful place to stay

What a lovely place to stay and enjoy California! We spent two weeks in early February. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain, so we didn't use the pretty back garden. But we were happy to have a clean, comfortable, charming home to hang out in. We laughed at the idea of the fireplace at first. But we used it almost every day. The bed was really comfortable. The house was really clean. Alicia was very helpful. There is easy access to almost everywhere, even without using the nearby freeways. We would absolutely stay again.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at this lovely home. The home is comfortable, and exactly as described. The weather was rainy most of our stay so we were not able to make use of the lovely backyard as we would have liked...but we did enjoy it one afternoon...and loved the little hummingbird that came often to drink from the water fountain! The entire house is well appointed and we appreciated the fireplace, washer and dryer, and the lovely kitchen and charming bathroom. The customer service was great; both the owners and the manager were helpful and easy to work with. We had no problems parking on the street and the location makes it easy to get to most areas of Los Angeles. We hope to be able to return again to this property on future visits.

Good central location. Clean but "tired" looking.

Parking a hassle. Only street parking available, and due to street cleaning two days of the week, parking on only one side of the street on those days. It would have been helpful to have some written instructions about using the property, although we figured it out. Basics provided but that's about all. Clean and could be a charmer but it needs some TLC.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review we do appreciate constructive feedback and to help other potential guests understand your comments we would like to offer our response as follows: Parking: The house is situated in a quiet residential area and the streets are cleaned for 2 hours each week often between 10am and 12 noon. Signs clearly mark when this occurs. At this time one is obliged to park on the opposite side of the street. We clearly advise guest that this occurs At all times there is adequate parking. We do not allow parking on the driveway due to fire regulations. TLC : As can be seen from our extensive review list all our properties are either newly renovated or have been well maintained. I think this guest may be referring to something else (not sure what exactly) but nevertheless we thank her for commenting on the cleanliness of the property. Written instruction on the property: We personally greet all our guests and are accessible by phone throughout their stay. We prefer the personal touch. Notwithstanding this there is a comprehensive guide within the property. To All Future Guests We do try our best to meet expectations and hope to communicate our offer to all our guests before they book. Our ethos is to provide a safe comfortable and clean environment for all our guests and we always strive to be better..”onwards and upwards”

Super quaint and pleasant home

Stayed here during short visit to LA and found it to be very cozy and comfortable, especially at the price. It's not huge so large parties might find themselves stumbling over each other but it was perfect for my small group. Really cute inside and pretty yard outside. Convenient to freeways and major side streets in West LA. Hope to stay again next time I'm in town.

Pretty House in a Nice Neighborhood

Our family of four stayed a week in this home, and everything about our stay was very pleasant. The property was clean and comfortable, and it was very spacious for the four of us. The kitchen is new, as are all the appliances. The street parking was indeed ample, and the lovely little garden in the back was shady and quiet. The location was excellent, and central to many L.A. attractions. It was exactly as described and the photos are accurate. We would definitely recommend it for an extended stay.
