Our stay at the Seventh Mountain Resort have always been wonderful, filled with great memories thanks to the staff who are so passionate about that they do. We loved the condo #1327, one bedroom two bath, it had a great floor plan for the three of us. It was close to the pools/spas. We like to cook when and it was easy to cook in the kitchen. The master bed and beautiful sheets and duvet made us feel special. Their love of the surround area is very apparent. The rooms are great and family friendly and all the amenities make for an excellent family getaway. Wish I could visit more often!!
Thank you for the review! We appreciate you taking the time to write such kind words. We hope to see you again soon.

Our family of four and dog, Max have stayed at Seventh Mountain Resort multiple times over the past 15 years and have loved it every time. Super friendly staff mixed with great rooms and outstanding scenery. Loved having the electric private BBQ on the deck. The condo had everything we needed for our two week stay. I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Bend area.
Thank you for the review! We appreciate you taking the time to write such kind words. We hope to see you at the resort soon.
I stayed in 1327-8 this summer 2014.. It was a very nice unit, fully furnished and very comfortable, light and bright that had a great view from all the rooms.. There are a lot of activities right by the property. I went on a nice hike down by the river! I would highly recommend this property.
We have had residence in Bend since 1989 and have three of our four children still living in this quaint town in the high desert. I am a retired Realtor and am very happy to be able to rent this condo, it is very comfortable and updated. All you need is to pick up groceries/accessories, bring your clothes and you are about to begin a wonderful vacation.
Karen Michelle purchased this condo in 2008
It has everything in one place needed to have a wonderful vacation. We stay here and have it furnished completely with everything you will need, just like home.
There is currently no restaurant but supposed to have one summer 2016. There is a grocery store.
~Located in the National forest, yet close to Bend the very desirable town located in the high desert. This property has so much to offer that you won't want to leave.
We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived in Bend and stayed at the condo that we took a chance at from Craigs list. Karen was so nice and informative about Bend, the resort and her condo. It was a bit scary renting from a private party instead of Homeaway but she referred us to a resort manager who reassured us she was the owner and it all worked out wonderfully. Her place was everything and more than she described. It had everything we needed down to a thermal bag for cold drinks that we used for a picnic. The beds were comfortable and the resort was fabulous. Her rates were so much lower (we checked) than the resorts and other accommodations around the area so we felt completely satisfied and will return again. Thanks for a great vacation. The only complaint was we wish we had stayed longer than a week.
You can not ask for a better place to stay just outside of Bend downtown.
The condo has a wonderful private deck for coffee/lunch/dinner. It is comfortable, spacious and very well equipped if you stay in.
The resort has several lovely pools and hot tubs, a store, an activity center for booking events as well as mini golf, frisbee golf, horseshoes, playgrounds, large open areas.
Just down the rise in back is access to the wonderful Deschutes river trail. Walk, hike, bike.
Direct access to Cascade Lakes and Mount Bachelor.
Three of my best friends and I of 25 years since grade school had the most relaxing time at Karen's condo at 7th Mountain Resort. It was quaint, clean,
comfortable and the perfect location quick drive to town. The fully equipped condo also allowed us to save money by enjoying some home cooked meals in! I would love to return in the future! Thanks Karen!
My friend and I rented this condo for a quiet get away, it was totally perfect. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need the beds are comfortable and the unit was spotless. I will definitely be returning!
Lovely condo with just about all you need. Very comfortable beds, even the murphy bed is heavenly. Two very nice bathrooms. The owner even provides bedroom slippers, pool towels, and robes. We spent a lot of time on the deck looking out at the woods with various birds and chipmunks going by. We did cook - found sufficient cooking and serving ware for us three. And yes there is a dishwasher!!!
Minor issues - the bedroom is quite dark with dim lighting. The WiFi was very slow but the attentive owner is looking into it.
Nice plus - the swimming pool, hot tubs, and walking trails on this Wyndham property were a TREAT! Make sure to pick up a chocolate chip cookie when you check in.
If you like Middle Eastern food we would recommend Joolz in Bend. Fun summer activities - Newberry Crater Park and Smith Rock for great hikes and geologic educational wonders. Bring sunscreen, water, and a hat. Strong flashlights and sturdy shoes if you want to go into the lava caves. Have fun!!
Very nice condo, very clean and well supplied! Had a very nice stay would definetly rent it again! Thank you Karen
My husband and I visited the Bend area to celebrate our anniversary because we wanted to get out and explore nature and the area. There are so many things to do in terms of hiking, biking and checking out the city. We really enjoyed actually being in the Deschutes National Forest rather than in the city, but we were close enough to drive in for dinner or shopping or walking around. We didn't spend much time on the property, but loved sitting on the deck at the beginning of the day and everything was very comfortable.
New frisbee golf course and miniature golf, horseshoes.
