The den downstairs is a great place for a good book, or it also has its own large, flat panel TV and seating for up to 4.

The sunny, open living area features a full-sized kitchen, a large dining area with service and seating for 8, vaulted ceiling with many large windows, solid alder wood trim and doors throughout. Also, washer/dryer, central humidifier, built-in hot air "boot & glove dryer", level, plowed access, Weber gas grill and Free USA, land-line phone calls!
Detailed Free Shuttle Info: They have the green route bus which goes up (west, toward the ski hill) Ski Hill Road to Peak 8. Another option is the grey route, that goes from 1/2 block away (on Park Ave) to the gondola, north. Each route has buses every 15-20 minutes. So if you didn't want to wait for one bus, you could walk 1/2 block to the other!
One member of the booking party must be at least 30 years old. Proof of age will be required. Maximum number of guests is 8.
Parking is strictly enforced due to this property's prime location. There are parking spaces for only 2 vehicles in the November-April: The one-car garage and one spot in driveway only. Large SUV's do not fit in the garage.
May-October can accommodate a third car parked out front, but at no time are RV's of any sort allowed to be parked in front of this home. Please Google "Breck parking" for nominal fee parking options.

We loved this Sawmill Creek condo! Everything was exceptionally clean and well cared for. We love the close location to town and to the Four O'Clock lift. We definitely recommend it!

Our recent trip to Breckenridge to celebrate my 30th birthday with 7 adults could not have been better! The place was very nice and they have truly thought of everything to make the accommodations perfect. Kitchen well stocked, comfortable space and furniture, outdoor space is nice, and the fact that downtown is a short few blocks away is the best part. It also helps you can ski right in and the four o'clock run was actually one of my favorites! The fact that it's on the lower side of the mountain makes it easier to get to this time of year- even in a standard car, but a car isn't necessary considering bus stops nearby also...I hope to be back sooner than later!
We had two families during our weekend stay in Breckenridge and this condo was absolutely perfect! The layout worked well for our two families with kids and the location is perfect for access to the gondola or one of the nearby lifts. Plus - ski in at the end of the day and enjoy your own private hot tub! Finishes are updated and modern - great kitchen and bathrooms, plus comfy beds all around. Definitely recommend this condo for families with children or a group of adult travelers.
My family and I spent three nights at this great property. It was clean and well furnished, but most importantly, the location is awesome. It was a 5 min walk to the gondola of Breck and you can ski right back to the condo. After a long day skiing, we hit the hot tub and then across the street to all of the great restaurants and shops in town.
With its authentic, historic, small-town charm, all of our Breckenridge properties are beautifully homey and comfortable. Tucked in the White River National Forest, Breckenridge is a skiing epicenter, with a multitude of recreational activities for everyone.
When staying at one of our Breckenridge properties, you are within 30 minutes of 5 major ski areas including: Vail, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain and Loveland. Despite the appreciation for preserving the old town area, massive ski area improvements continue to enhance the skier experience at Breckenridge. With a new bridge located near many of our Breckenridge cabin rentals, you can now ski right down to Main Street to one of America's largest and best-preserved historic districts.
Also near many of our Breckenridge vacation rentals is a pervasive network of historic mining trails that offer fabulous chances to explore the valley on a mountain bike, a dog sled, snowmobile, cross-country skis, snowshoes or by foot. Other year-round activities include fishing, museum and historical sites tours, hot air balloon rides and mine tours. You can get private, guided tours on virtually any activity imaginable!

Bike rental shops will point you to the paved bike path along the Blue River stretching for miles of scenic beauty on the way to Frisco.
