Once you enter the home, head down the hallway to find the open and bright living room and fully updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The living room is spacious in size and designed to capture the western-mountain view. The place is comfortably furnished with a sofa, lounge chairs, 52" HDTV and mountain finishes. This is the perfect place, after a day on the ski slopes or an afternoon exploring Historic Park City, to sit back and lounge on the plush sofa by the wood-burning fireplace. The room is also equipped with enhanced cable TV & a DVD player to enjoy your favorite sports game or a family movie. The sliding door offers access to the private west-facing balcony with expansive views of the Wasatch Mountains and Park City Mountain Resort. The large couch also seconds as a pullout sofa bed, which can accommodate two (2) Guests.
Location Location Location! The entrance to Park City Mountain Resort is just across the street! This way you can be on the slopes, enjoying the fresh powder minutes after your arrival and to get first tracks in the early morning.
The open concept kitchen was also has been remodeled to modernize the property and to give it a homely and inviting feel. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and other small household appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, teakettle and more. The counter top provides a generous eating and food preparation area and is nicely finished in a dark quartz stone. The cabinets are well stocked with cookware, corning ware, dishes and flatware. The wrap-around kitchen also seconds as a breakfast bar / dining area with bar stool seating for six (6) and looks out to the living space, which is ideal for entertaining family and Guests.
This condominium can comfortably sleep six (6) 6 people with 2 bedrooms, a sleeper sofa and 2 bathrooms. The master suite is located in the loft and features a king size bed with high quality linens & bedding and a private en suite bathroom. The room is also quite spacious in size and has a large closet & dresser for your personal belongings. From the upstairs, you can look outside and see the base of the town's main ski resort. The bathroom features a sink & counter separate from the toilet and shower, so that it can ben shared in the mornings.
The second bedroom is located on the main floor and has 2 twin beds. The room is also nicely furnished
a large wooden dresser for two and a 42" HDTV with enhanced cable. The main floor bathroom has also been updated and is equipped with a sink and spacious counter, separate from the shower, tub and toilet.
A hot tub is available in the winter months with a laundry room and storage on the ground floor for your ski equipment. Please note this home does not have air conditioning. There is a parking lot and garage for your convenience, if space is available.
For those that plan to venture outside the downtown area, there is free transportation to Deer Valley, The Canyons, Olympic Park, Kimball Junction, or The Outlet Mall, which is the largest in Utah. Just walk to the bus stop, which is directly outside the condo and you're off ... for free. Enjoy the best snow on earth just across the street or you are within walking distance to all Main Street shops, theater, restaurants, local events and the town chairlift.

Convenient location in-town and on the bus route. At the base of PCMR and next to the golf course. Easily sleeps 8+. Clean and comfortable for a group of people.
The condo was fine; youget what you pay for. It was clean and close to the mountains. There were a couple of issues however that should be addressed:
1. Because of extremely poor insulation around the front door and the sliding glass doors there was a tremendous cold air flow through the unit and by the thermostat in the hallway, causing the heat to run continuously making an enormous heat difference between upstairs and downstairs. This was resolved and the unit made more comfortable only by blocking the front door bottom and glass doors with towels/clothing. Once that was done the temperature became far more appropriate.
2. The toilets both upstairs and down were extremely slow to flush, implying some sort of downstream obstruction.
We’ve all heard that “you get what you pay for” and it is certainly true with this property. I wish one could rate in .5 increments as I would give this property 2.5 stars. With that said, if we had paid more for this rental, I would have given it less. I am thinking however, the owner is aware of the drawbacks of the unit and prices the rates accordingly. (This assumption is based on the fact that some of the same concerns I have were also voiced in a 1- star review from last year). One thing I am not sure about is why many reviewers of this rental have given it five stars, as it is not a five-star property. I think it is easier to list out the Pro’s and Con’s of the unit, so here they are.
Newly remodeled kitchen with new barstools
Fully stocked kitchen with newer utensils, pots/pans, plates/bowls, glasses, etc.
Slate (or slate type) tile throughout the kitchen and hallway (very nice)
Modern flat-screen TV’s
Very friendly and customer service oriented management company
New furniture and beds in downstairs bedroom
Plenty of towels, newer pillows, and linens
Plenty of fans to help cool the unit down
Curtains (as well as curtain rods) in both the living room and bedroom need to be replaced
Screen door needs to be repaired or replaced as it is very hard to open and shut
Chairs on balcony were covered in what looked like years of dust—we didn’t use them as we were not going to spend hours of our vacation trying to clean them up
Multiple stains on carpet in multiple rooms
All power outlets are in need of replacement—you can hardly plug anything in as the plugs fall out of the wall
Nothing was plugged in when we arrived (lamps, clocks, etc.)—see above
Very noisy street on back side of condo (busses run up Empire Ave every 60 seconds or so from 7:30 a.m to 12:00 midnight)—we had to keep windows open at all times due to the heat and it is very loud
Extremely old bed in main loft bedroom, I am assuming the bed is from 1984, because the accompanying bedroom furniture looked like it was as well
Outdated bathroom fixtures, vanity, toilets, showers
Oh, and did I say stains on the carpet?
Again, you get what you pay for. However, I do think something should be done about the carpet stains, the curtains, and the screen door. Those are little things which shouldn’t cost much, but can make a big impression…
The condo was amazing for our vacation. The location was ideal and completely accesible to town- walking distance to all the shops and restaurants! The size was great for us and the condo was super clean. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. We were especially thankful for the stocked items - toilet paper, tons of towels, etc. that were available for us.
We have rented numerous properties through VRBO and this was the most disappointing condo we ever booked. We chose this property based on previous reviews and on the photos. Let me start with the photos and what they don't reveal. The curtains in the Living Room are now hanging off the rods . There is no coffee table as indicated in the photos. The carpet is stained and the furniture is soiled and worn. It was virtually impossible to open and close the sliding screen door without it coming off the tracks as there are no bottom sliders. Our view through the patio door was to a parking lot across the street that was a staging area for construction of a new ski lift. It was full of materials and construction vehicles. Every day a helicopter was landing and taking off numerous times delivering equipment to the job site. Needless to say it was very loud. Both bathroom showers had build up of scum, rust and mold. The tub on the main level did not have a stopper so it would be impossible to bath a child. Both vanity areas had lights burned out. The doorknob on the main bath was about to fall off. Although the kitchen has been remodeled, there was no light in the refrigerator, the undercounter lights did not work and the vent on the microwave fell off when we opened the door. It was broken and only sitting on top of the door. The main bedroom's twin bed comforter and bed skirt was worn and uninviting. Portions of the bed skirt were tucked between the mattress and box spring. Very unsightly. Not wanting to sleep in those beds we chose the loft bed. The linens definitely need to be updated there as well. Trying to find relief from the warm temperature in the loft (there is no AC) we found a pedestal fan in the closet. Unfortunately it was broken as the pole would not stay in the base. Lucky for us there was a box fan however there was no place to plug it in other than an outlet by the stairs,which could create an accident, or a plug in the vanity. Using the plug in the vanity meant we had to balance the fan in the sink. Also of note is that this unit is on the top floor and requires hauling luggage up three flights of stairs. An offer was made by the management to send a maintenance man over to address our issues. Knowing it would require more than a maintenance man and not wanting to spend our vacation hanging around we declined the offer. It's hard to imagine that this unit is deep cleaned twice a year as we were told.
This was our first trip to Park City and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay for our ski vacation! The condo is exactly as described. It is warm and comfortable and perfect size for our family of four. It is directly across from Park City Ski Resort and there is a bus stop right outside for free transportation. Never had any issues with parking (plenty of room). The only unpleasant experience was hauling all our luggage up three flights of stairs. Since there is no elevator, this is not a choice for anyone with physical disabilities. Otherwise, we recommend this condo for just about anyone! We were very happy here and would come back in a heartbeat!
What a fantastic place to base oneself for the August long-weekend. As a surprise for my husband, I booked a trip out to Salt Lake City with accommodation in downtown Park City. This two-bedroom condo is welcoming, warm and no detail was left out. It has a comfortable feel and was a great place to entertain friends that we traveled with. We really wanted to be downtown and it was easy to walk anywhere for dining or shopping.
We tried out the Town Lift Condo and that was pretty cool for us to hike from one day. I'd strongly recommend the food at the No Name Saloon - classic PC feel - and Reef - a well-operated Armenian / vegetarian dining experience.This would be a great spot for visiting Park City in winter of summer as it's close to Main Street & directly across from Park City Mountain Resort. We'll be back!
