This condo could not be better as far as location goes; bus stop super close and a 10 minute walk if you'd rather get to old town that way. Park City has a great transit system that is free as well as free wifi. The unit was clean and comfortable but not super stocked.; one frying pan and no coffee filters. The condo is amid full time residents and not a resort complex if that is what you are looking for; exterior and interior a bit dated. The neighbors had several young kids which was a bit loud at times. Overall this unit is a great value if you are looking to save some money on expensive resort housing.

House was really nice and the location was perfect for going into town or boarding. We were able to walk to the lifts easily. Only thing we wished it had was a hot tub.

Owner's Response: Dear Kerry, Thank you kindly for choosing to stay at our Snow Country 2BR condo in Park City and for sharing your great experience with us and future Guests. We're very pleased to hear that the property was a great fit for your ski vacation and in an ideal location for your adventures each day. Wish we could put in a hot tub, but the HOA won't allow it. Hopefully the development itself will add a few at some point - we know how important that is for vacationers. Safe travels and thank you again for your business and strong recommendation. Best Regards, Reservations Team

Good location. Kitchen needs supplies.

  • 4 of 5

This condo is in a good location to the slopes. Not a great location for walking to bars/restaurants at night, but once again you can take the bus to Main Street pretty easily.

Now for the bad, when we arrived there was a terrible odor in the condo, I'm not sure if it was from a sour towel or something that had spilled on the carpet. Buying a scented candle fixed the problem. Additionally, it had to be the worst stocked kitchen I've ever seen. The largest frying pan was maybe 6" to 8" and there was no colander for straining spaghetti, which to me is a typical dish to make when eating in. I actually had to buy a 12" pan to cook spaghetti sauce.

The price for what you get is pretty good. I stayed the prior week in a house right off Main Street that was very nice, but it also cost about 4 times as much. For my college son and I this condo worked just fine. I do wish they had better cooking supplies.

Owner's Response: Dear Chris, Thank you for choosing to stay at our Snow Country condo in Park City and for sharing a detailed review - that makes all the difference for us, so that we can improve. We're pleased to know that the unit was comfortable for you and your son's trip, well situated in town and offered you great value. I apologize that the kitchen supplies were not to your satisfaction and I'm actually surprised to hear that. In the late fall, we did a complete inventory of everything in the unit - especially the kitchen - and did purchase additional cooking supplies - pots, pans, dishes - but clearly we need more. Following the next Guests departure, I will go buy to inspect the cookware and make sure that at least 1 of the colander's is still there. Sometimes things do disappear or get thrown out, so we'll stop by and make sure everything is in order. Thank you again for your business and great feedback. We hope you choose to visit Park City again. Best Regards, Reservations Team

Fall Cycling Trip in Park City

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I are avid cyclists and this year, we decided to visit Park City, Utah. We chose this destination and this property because of it's access to road biking & mountain bike trails, a local culture & atmosphere and it's location on the bus route. This year, we also decided to stay in a vacation rental, operated by Park City Vacation Properties – iTrip, and we were very much impressed. It was great to have the additional space, a home-like property and the option to stay-in, relax and enjoy a home cooked meal. We’re travelling to Park City again this winter for leisure and we will definitely choose to use their services again.

Extended Summer Stay. Charming, Pleasant, Updated!

  • 5 of 5

Fantastic spot to base oneself for the July 4th week. This two-bedroom condo is welcoming, cozy and no detail has been left out. It has a comfortable feel and it's like a home away from home. This would be a great spot for visiting Park City in winter of summer as it's close to Main Street, has access to trails & the free bus service is right outside the door.
