Great condo....but

  • 4 of 5

Condo was great! t was clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and sheets were really nice. It was centrally located to all of our activities (zip lining in Sundance, Olympic Park, Homestead Crater hot springs and even the SLC zoo wasn't that far). If you had any downtime they had board games, video games and movies. We did not use the hot tub so cannot comment on that. We had 3 complaints though. 1.) The pillows were standard size, flat and hard. 2.) The pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable (my son who lives in SLC decided to stay but he had to sleep on the couch - needless to say, he went back to his apartment the next night. 3.) Being that we stayed during Labor Day weekend we had to open the windows for the cool air which was great, but it also let in the traffic noise. I wouldn't have thought we were that close to the road but we could hear it... all night long. We come from a small town with hardly any noise so this may not bother a lot of people, but it did for us.

Timber Wolf Condo 12A

  • 5 of 5

Loved this condo. Clean and nicely furnished. The hot tub is a short walk around the corner from condo. Great location. We drove a very short distance to the Cabriolet parking lot (free parking) and walked short distance in our ski boots to ride. Great place too to drop and pick up skiers. Condo is close proximity to Canyons Village and short ten minute drive to Park City and Park City Historic town. We would definitely stay here again. Loved it.

Very clean, loved it!

I loved the decor, beds were comfortable. One of my favorite places that I have rented. Loved the area too....and we didn't even ski. I was excited that some seasonings were there..especially the Tonys Cajun seasoning.

Nice property but many maintenance issues

  • 2 of 5

Nice spacious unit for our family of 4, but we encountered many issues that seemed to be due to poor maintenance. When we arrived, there was water dripping from the ceiling in the kitchen and a pool of water on the countertop dripping to the floor. I called the property manager and had a hard time getting anyone to come out. Maybe they came out when we were gone, but no one ever followed up with us to let us know the resolution. Fortunately it stopped that night and did not recur. The pipes to the toilet in the powder room froze, even though we kept the door open per instructions. For a portion of our stay, it was quite cold and the heat in the unit was only able to keep the temp at 64 degrees all day. We were able to heat up the main living space with the fireplace, but the upstairs was cold. We were unable to access the hot tubs for part of our stay because the keypad froze. The gas grill tank was empty when we tried to use it - someone came to replace it but still couldn't get the grill to light. We tried to use the humidifier we found in the closet of the master bedroom but it was broken - all of the water leaked out of the tank when we inverted it onto the base. The dishwasher smelled bad and the rollers on the lower rack don't work well and fall off.

This is a very long list of issues and as a result we were disappointed with this rental.

Owner's Response: Dear Monika, Thank you for electing to stay at our Timber Wolf condo in the Canyons and for sharing your feedback with us. Again, we apologize for the maintenance issues that you encountered when you arrived and we we're happy that we could come out and resolve almost all of them. This past Holidays / New Year's was one of the coldest we've had, which likely led to some of the issues you faced - powder room toilet, colder temps, gas grill not lighting (even with a full tank of gas), hot tub keypad. We did come by while you were out - called and left message with you - to attend to the water leak and that was actually coming from the unit next door (burst pipe), so we had to get in touch with the HOA, who then had to get in touch with that's unit's owner in order to get it resolved, which did take the afternoon - communications, to get someone out there and then have them fix it. Similar to that, regarding the hot tubs, we had to again contact the HOA (as we don't manage the exterior and/or shared amenities), so that took time for the HOA to get to. Again, our apologies for the troubles you faced and with that said, it's why we were happy to reimburse you for some of your stay, which we hoped would offset the negatives. Thank you again for your business and we hope you choose to visit Park City again soon. Best Regards, Reservations Team

Great Townhouse

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at This Timber Wolf property. It was very well equipped for a family of 5 ( and could have easily slept and fed more). The great room and eating area is spacious, garage was clutch in snowy weather, ski racks, boot warmers, all the essentials for an easy in and out each morning to the slopes.

Comfortable beds, quality bedding. CLEAN!

Thank you for a lovely time!

Nice condo

  • 4 of 5

Stayed here for a baseball tournament over the 4th of July.

The good: very clean, well appointed condo with space. Nice to have hot tub next door. Rooms were clean upon arrival. Nice to have private parking that only condo owner/renter can use. Good location, easy access to Park City and surroundings.

The ok: No A/C...which if your planning a ski trip, no biggie. If you're there over the 4th of July, it's an issue as it was HOT since the bedrooms are upstairs. Had to purchase some small fans to move air around. The management company did send out an email stating as such just prior to our arrival, so as least it wasn't a surprise. The email was down for the weekend we were there....phoned management company of the issue and they tried to repair. 1st world problems; can't complain overall.

Owner's Response: Hi Todd, Thank you for choosing to stay at our Timber Wolf condo for the 4th of July weekend and for sharing your experience. Happy to hear that you found the property to be very clean, spacious and well appointed. The hot tub is definitely a plus and the garage too, so we appreciate you pointing that out. It was certainly a very hot summer and we hope that the additional fans we brought helped to alleviate the heat. Thank you again for your business and positive review; we hope you choose to visit Park City again soon. Best Regards, Reservations Team iTrip Park City
