The house is amazing! It's so beautiful and thank you for the basket of goodies. So very thoughtful. Many, many thanks.
The Audubon Sanctuary is stunning! And to sit out on the deck and watch the egrets and herons flying in is wonderful. Kudos to your wife...everywhere I turn a thoughtful/tasteful/helpful/practical touch is waiting. And the colors make me happy. Not many can mix them up and make it work. And this really works! Thanks for all!
We have rented several houses on the Cape throughout the years and this house is hands down the best of all. We were two adults and four teenagers. The house had an ideal layout, with plenty of room for the teenagers to spread out and not bother us or each other. The home was immaculately clean. The sliding glass doors provided an abundance of natural sunlight. The spacious living area is well furnished and the large kitchen is well equipped and has more than enough room for two or three people to prepare and cook meals. The decks are wonderful -- a great place to sit and have morning coffee/tea and an evening cocktail. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms are of generous size and have blinds that actually close and beds that are quite comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and large, and there is even a lovely outdoor shower. Honestly, we did not want to leave.
We found this Wellfleet house comfortable, homely and a lovely place to stay. It is slightly off the beaten track so we had to drive quite a bit, but that also meant we didn't feel the crowds of Cape Cod. We also liked Wellfleet itself, in particular the excellent restaurants. Marty was very friendly, efficient and helpful and left lots of good recommendations in the house for things to do and places to eat. We recommend the whale watching!
This home had everything that I would put in a vacation home of my own. Great pots for cooking, Amazing deck with great views space for entertaining and relaxing. Proximity to the shore so that you get that lovely sea breeze wafting in.
This house was perfection. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and completely equipped for any and all needs. The views are spectacular from inside and outside the house. Amazing location, close to the bike trail. You will not regret staying here and will want to book it for the following year. I had a wonderful week and did not want to leave.
Our family of 6 stayed in the house for July 4th week. We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well-furnished. It has a beautiful view and gets wonderful breezes from the ocean.
You have to drive for groceries, and the like, but you can bike a mile to the bike path.
Overall--a great time!
The house is new/modern, large, and has amazing views. Great light and air, very high quality modern kitchen, impeccably clean throughout. Owner was easily accessible to answer questions.
We were extremely comfortable. Overall experience far exceeded expectations!!! Would happily recommend to others seeking to vacation in this area.
