About Anthony Napoli
When this historic home became available in 2006 my wife and I jumped on it. As a real estate broker in Downtown San Diego and a Little Italy resident since 1999 I saw the opportunity to own a special place in a special neighborhood. Very rarely do detached homes go on the market because they are usually passed on to the children and grandchildren of the Italian families that own them. We lucked out in finding this warm and inviting home. We started offering the apartment in Doma Napoli at the beginning of 2016. You will love it here and keep coming back. I promise you.

Why Anthony Napoli chose Downtown
As you can imagine, everyone loves San Diego and many want to move here if they could. Downtown San Diego has blossomed over the years. Little Italy is the jewel of San Diego and is held up to be a model for urban development by national experts. In fact Little Italy was ranked in the top ten of urban neighborhoods in the entire country. That's why we love it here. The people are friendly and the cafe's and restaurants within walking distance are two numerous to mention. I guess the only thing left to say to those who stay here is 'Buon Appetite'.
What makes this Apartment unique
There are many unique benefits to staying at Doma Napoli. We are located only 5 minutes from the airport and walking distance to the bayfront. There you can visit the Maritine Musuem, the Midway Aircraft carrier plus much, much more. We will have a book of brochures explaining all the local attractions that are literally minutes away by foot or automobile.
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
The room with twin beds pillows seemed old and hard. Twin beds are not the best for anyone over 50, they'd be okay for kids. Master was comfortable
Great place and great location.
Easy owner, and it has parking!
Couldn’t have had a better place to stay on our visit to San Diego. Anthony was a friendly host who greeted us and and showed us all we had to know about his cheery, clean apartment. The parking garage next door was very convenient. The location in Little Italy was great with plenty of restaurants, and not far too far to walk to the Gaslamp Quarter or Petko Park. Communication was great, check in aand checkout very easy. Close to airport. Thanks, Anthony!
Great location and Great Host
We just loved this house and the location was wonderful. Central to everything, easy to get out to go site seeing. Being in the heart of Little Italy was fun. We enjoyed the market, restaurants and local life right outside the front door. The pool table was a plus with our family and we had some good games daily. Anthony was a gracious host and so friendly. Would definitely recommend this place. If we come back to town we would stay here for sure. Anthony, thanks so much for sharing your home with us.
Perfect fit for our small family
Anthony was wonderful to work with and was very accommodating with us. The house fit our needs perfectly. We have two small children. Having a close parking garage and a kitchen was a must for us. The layout was very nice. We spent quite a bit of our trip in the apartment with our sons and were all happy. Chargers for devices were provided and DVD players and some dvds as well. Perfect location in the center of all the different places we were traveling. And a beautiful area to walk around as well.
convenient and then some!
The waterfront a couple of blocks away. Excellent restaurants right across the street. A stellar Saturday market. And then the icing on the cake was the proprietor Anthony. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is right there if you need anything. Plus he’s Italian, loves baseball, and has a pool table in the rental! What’s not to like.
Doma Napoli is located in the middle of Little Italy, the best neighborhood in all of downtown San Diego. Restaurants, shops, bars and transportation are all with a couple of short blocks from the home. The convention center is only two trolley stops from Doma Napoli. Many guests walk the short distance to their convention.
