The room is for two rooms and also features a terrace with barbecue on the balcony overlooking the sea, with two sofas 3 seats each and a 34 'TV with Sky antenna.

The kitchen has stove, refrigerator and freezer, besides the cooking utensils.
In the 3 bedrooms have double beds, we also have two single mattresses loose, so we can accommodate 8 people.

Casa exatamente como a Descrição. Faço a acesso para outras praias (caso não queira ficar na praia em frente a casa), Balsa que dá acesso a Ilha Bela e Centro de São Sebastião.

Boa localização, casa simples.
A localização ajuda muito pois é fácil chegar à praias como Guaeca e toque toque pequeno. Quanto à casa, ela é bastante simples com escadarias que podem cansar se você tiver algum problema nas pernas ou tiver mais idade. A casa tem uma cozinha simples e faltam alguns utensílios básicos (não há liquidificador, não há abridor de garrafa, não há lugar para jogar o lixo, etc.). Há uma vantagem em ter a churrasqueira, mas a desvantagem dela é que a fumaça não tem lugar para escapar e entra na casa onde fica aquele cheiro de churrasco eterno. As camas são ok, não vem com roupa de cama, nem toalhas. Você precisará percorrer aproximadamente 20 minutos a mais pra ir buscar as chaves em outra casa de São Sebastião e pra deixá-las após a sua estadia. Em resumo, tem suas debilidades, mas a localização ajuda a avaliar bem.
Ótima localização, perto de muitas praias e da balsa.
