Hi. My name is Natsumi. I am Japanese. I went to San Diego States University in California then moved to Paris. In Paris, I was one of the dot-comers to export children's clothes from Europe until I went to Tunisia. Now I am back and forth between Paris and Hammamet, Tunisia.
I am a fun loving person! I love horse back riding, taming birds, traveling to discover different culture and to meet people.. I enjoy renting my apartment as it gives me opportunities to meet interesting people! I have already made good friends with some of my guests! It's great!:)
When I am not in Paris, my assistant Miho will take care of your check in and out and to help you throughout your stay! I want to receive my guests the way that I would like to be received.
Natsumi Hagita purchased this apartment in 2004
We bought this property because we just fell in love with it for all the light that comes in this apartment from 4 windows including the skylight in the ceiling. The high ceiling and the light gives it a specious feeling. And the structure with the mezzanine gives more room.
Lots of light!! Skylight! Quiet!
We had a wonderful stay in this very charming apartment. Natsumi was there to greet us, her charming manner and her concern for us was very helpful for our first visit to Paris. The apartment was clean lots of natural light, safe and quiet. The apartment is located near metro and bus lines, which are very inexpensive and easy to figure
out. I would highly recommend this apartment.
This apartment could not have worked better for us. We found the location without any problems and received a friendly greeting and orientation to the apartment. The apartment was comfortable and quiet, with windows facing the courtyard, not the street. It is located between 2 Metro stations which made it easy to access any location in Paris. Thank you, Natsumi, for sharing this apartment and creating a comfortable and functional place!
We were a group of three adults and two children under the age of 10. The space is small but we didn't come to Paris to stay in...we only slept there :) The double bed downstairs is very comfortable and the bed upstairs in the little loft is pretty good (just watch your head!) The sofa bed is fine for kids to sleep on as it is very firm. An adult will wake up with a sore back. The kids didn't mind it though but they definitely preferred the mattress in the loft :) What kid wouldn't! The stairs up to the room are a bit tight for people with a bad knee or very elderly especially after a day full of exploring. If you NEED an elevator there is not one. Most apartments in Paris don't have one. The apartment is not located in amongst the touristy area but close to the bus that takes you right to it all. It was about ten minutes to the Louvre. The metro is also close by. We chose to travel via bus so we could see the city more. We felt safe and secure with the police department in the same entrance. It is a very quiet area. There are several supermarkets nearby if you choose to prepare your own food. The kitchen is well stocked with the things you'll need to prepare food. The whole apartment was clean and I didn't mind walking around barefoot :) The bathroom and kitchen was clean as well and didn't gross me out in any way. Natsumi was wonderful with communication and making rhe procedures clear and easy. Her associate was waiting at the apartment for us and met us on time to refund our deposit. If you are looking for luxury then maybe keep looking around. But if you just want a safe and very clean place to rest your head then this property is perfect. Thank you for a comfortable and stress free stay!
Very good location: coming from la Gare de Lyon, just ten minutes taxi drive and close to the metro station, line 9 which is good to change with other main lines. Very close to a supermarket. We were six people and despite the apartment is small we did not have problems since spaces are well arranged, including the bathroom which has a small tub for the shower. The apartment was clean and Natsumi's assistant, very kind and punctual, was wating for us. No problem with wi-fi and very quiet apartment, just the stairs of the building are a little bit old and narrow, therefore I wouln't suggest it to carry prams upstairs but I would choose it again and suggest it to friends.
We have been to Paris several times and this was our best stay! Natsumi is very friendly and accomodating. The apartment worked well for 2 adults and 2 kids (aged 5 and 8). It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The metro and grocery store is only 2 blocks away (5 minutes tops). Pictures were accurate on layout and amenities and very clean. The beds were very comfy as well!
This place I highly recommend to my friends!!
We loved the apartment! The location was super close to the metro which made for easy access to all the attractions in Paris. The apartment was a little bit too small for our family of 7, but everyone had a place to sleep, and it was super quiet at night. Parking was hard to find, so I would recommend that tenants not drive but find a place to park and take the metro in. But, I really loved this little apartment. It was wonderful to feel truly Parisian for a few days, grabbing breakfast at the little bakery right down the street, finding fresh fruit at the Tuesday market, just a quick stroll away. Had it just been my husband and I with maybe a kid or two, we probably would have wanted to stay there forever.
15 minutes walk to the Marais area.
10 minutes walk to the biggest and most famous farmers market in Paris.
