Our beautiful vacation home is located on the 17th hole of the Legends Golf Course at Reunion Resort. This home has one of the best views the area has to offer including the Disney fireworks nightly, right off your Master Bedroom Balcony!

All of the bedrooms are private suites with cable TV's. Disney's famous fireworks can be seen nightly from the Master bedroom deck!

52' High def LED TV with Bluray player and movies are available in the downstairs sitting area. The pool and spa are located in the private sun-filled courtyard. Perfect for tanning!!!!

We have an 'in-law suite' above the garage complete with family room and kitchenette along with cable TV. A great place for a nanny, in-laws, or teens who want a little privacy.

Starting in the courtyard is a bubbling spa, pool and plenty of patio space to catch the hot Florida Rays. The courtyard provides ultimate privacy. Make your way into this gorgeous home and you will be delighted by the queen suite overlooking the courtyard with a gorgeous bathroom. Step inside the kitchen with granite counter tops, double sink, filtered water with ice maker and all the appliances you'll need. About Eric Bregman and Shannon Vella

My father and I are veterinarians in the NYC metropolitan area. I manage the house with my fiancee Shannon. Hence the love of dogs and understanding they should vacation too! In 2010, we purchased our first home in Reunion and fell in love with the community and the area.

This home is totally different from our first house in both its design and location. We love the views this house affords. This is the first thing that attracted us to the home. There are unbelievable views of the Palmer and Watson Signature golf courses, as well as a panoramic view of the Salamander Resort Hotel. The layout is great for families traveling with grandparents, nannies or multiple couples. The complete apartment located above the garage is very well appointed with an efficiency kitchen area, and a full master bathroom. Shannon's favorite home for vacationing with the girls!

  • All the bedrooms in the main house have televisions. The In-law suite has a 46' television in the sitting area. Each bedroom has a private attached bath. The master-bedroom suite has a Tempurpedic mattress, the other beds have plush pillow-top mattresses. A digital safe is included in the master suite to ensure your valuables are protected. Do take time to enjoy the view from the master suite over morning coffee or an evening cocktail. You will not be disappointed!

Great, relaxing property on the fairway!

A vacation was just what my family needed. My small family, as well as parents, aunts, an uncle, and a cousin, stayed for one week at this home and utilized all available sleeping space. There were a couple of minor quirks that were very quickly corrected by the property management company: the pool heat was supposed to be on but was not (fixed the day after we arrived; if I had called sooner they would've fixed it sooner!), and during our second night in the house the downstairs smoke alarm battery was low--thus a frequent chirping throughout the night was audible throughout the main house. The pool warmed up nicely, as did the spa; one downside (not fault of property owners) is that the leaves from neighboring palm trees seem to gravitate to the pool on windy days.

The views from the patio and master balcony were wonderful for enjoying morning tea and afternoon wine with snacks. On Valentine's Day, we were treated a number of early morning hot air balloons out for a ride. The drive to Walt Disney World was pretty quick from this house. There are ways to get to WDW without going on I-4 (which I strongly recommend!). Be aware that you can leave the resort thru the gate that is down the street, but you MUST enter the resort through the main gate. Grocery store (Publix), liquor store, Dunkin Donuts, and more are a short walk or drive away.

While we had the best intentions to check out the resort amenities, we simply enjoyed relaxing at the house when we weren't at Disney.

Feedback was left for the property management company regarding the washing machine (kept stopping throughout the wash cycles).

Overall a great time with our family at a nice property!

Great pet friendly home for multiple generations close to Disney

The best part about renting this property, aside from the fact that it is a beautiful home with easy access to Disney, is that the owners are incredibly responsive to any question or concern. They usually respond within a matter of minutes.

We stayed here during early March with our 3 teenagers and my in-laws (in their 60's). This home gave everyone plenty of space. We normally travel and book two hotel rooms, but this was a much better option for about the same price.

We brought our 2 small dogs. The home was just as nice as other places that we have stayed and in no way reflected that pets have stayed here previously.

In the evening, my children enjoyed seeing fireworks in the distance from the balcony. In the morning, hot air balloons traveled across the golf course. We enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony watching the hot air balloons.

The Disney parks were only 15 minutes away. The home was conveniently located next to a shopping area with Publix, CVS, Dunkin Donuts, and McDonalds. My in-laws frequently walked to this area. We were one exit from a shopping mall with Target, etc.

The Reunion resort is incredibly well maintained. There was a constant presence of people landscaping the properties, common areas, and golf course. Even though the houses are very close together, we still had a great deal of privacy. The golf course also did not present any invasion of privacy either.

There are several services available that we did not use such as restaurants on property, golfing, in home massage, etc. If you are considering using the waterpark, make sure to let the owners know a week in advance in order to submit the appropriate paperwork required for guests.

There is a fee to heat the hot tub, which also heats the pool. I recommend spending the extra $40 a day if staying in any of the cooler months. The pool area receives morning sun, but becomes shaded around 5pm in March. So, it was quite chilly. Our high temperatures for the week were upper 70's and low 80's.

There were a few minor maintenance issues that we just made the home owners aware of and did not request repairs during our stay. It would appear that there is no hot water in the master bath shower, but the faucet is just installed incorrectly. If you stay here, just barely turn on the faucet for hot water. The washing machine and dishwasher need a little help to get started, but did not prevent us from doing our laundry or dishes.

We would definitely stay again.

Very nice! Comfortable! The gate access coming in is a challenge at first.

Google maps bring you to the wrong gate. Once you have that figured out your in good shape. Use the map provided by the owner in the property documents.

Hurricane Matthew Retreat

Our family recently stayed at this beautiful courtyard home during Hurricane Matthew. We reached out to Eric for a last minute booking, and he responded so quickly. He was absolutely wonderful to work with! After the stress of packing up our family and puppy, we were so thankful for renting this amazing pool home and ended up turning our evacuation into a well needed vacation.

We originally chose this property as it was not only pet friendly, had a pool, but also, the photos looked very nice. But I can tell you, the photos do not do it justice. This home is very private! The front building from the street is the garage which houses a lovely upstairs apartment (TV room/ kitchenette, bedroom w/ full bath). Behind the garage is the courtyard with private pool, hot tub, with privacy concrete wall on one side (from neighbors), and a pretty iron fence on the other with grassy area just outside the gates (great for walking dog or playing with the kids). Facing the pool and garage is the house - this was a wow! Gorgeous 2 story home, smelled amazing, nicely air conditioned. Every room was beautifully appointed, updated and extremely functional! The upstairs master bedroom is spacious, private and has a very large balcony with southern charm, overlooking the rolling hills of the golf course.

I must say, even though I have a well-behaved pet on flea meds, etc., and was very thankful to rent a pet-friendly home, I was worried the home would reflect that other pets had been there. Not the case at all! You would never know if anyone ever brought a pet there. Whether I had a pet or not, I would rent this home again and again, without worry.

The neighborhood is lovely. Tree lined streets and within walking distance to stores. We enjoyed our walks so much, we took 4 a day (including along the golf course cart path).

Our family highly recommends this property if you are seeking a home away from home, well appointed, private, yet within a 20-minute drive to attractions, etc. Couple things to keep in mind: if you want to use the pool’s hot tub you will need to pay an additional fee up front for heating. (The upstairs master bedroom has a Jacuzzi tub that worked great as an alternative.) The apartment over the garage is ideal for families who have another couple along or older teens. Also, the downstairs bedroom with private bath was perfect for my mom (no stairs).

Love the entire set up - we'll be back!! Thank you, Eric! Best Hurricane ever!

Perfect!!!

My family and I absolutely LOVED this home!!! Everything about our stay was amazing, from the view of the golf course, nightly fireworks, space, the distance between the house and attractions and most importantly the privacy while on vacation. Especially during a holiday, you didn't have any problems with getting to and from places. One thing that was important is that the staff/owners were available if and when you needed them. The pictures don't do justice on the house. I've recommended it to family and friends, my family and I will be booking another vacation to this home! It truly was out home away from home.

Private, Beautiful Property

We stayed 2 weeks at this beautiful reunion resort property. You truly feel like you're at home. The views of the golf course are amazing, and though houses are all around, this is a very private and quiet location.

Also, for those working and traveling, I was able to play with our toddler, while my husband worked upstairs using the free wifi.

Another plus, is the apartment over the garage, was perfect for a couple night stay for our friends who came up from Fort Lauderdale.

Only issue we had, the property is right by a gate we were unable to use. Which gave Uber drivers a issue too, but once you go through the secure gate at the Championship resort, it's not hard to find.

We will stay again!!!
