With a western aspect, the lake in the foreground and the mountains in the distance, this really is the ideal place to relax and imbibe the alpine ambience that is a feature of this unique property. Located in East Jindabyne and hidden from the street, this house has a large 3-way stone fireplace as a divider between the kitchen, dining area and lounge room. The main bedroom has excellent views, a walk-in robe, ensuite with spa bath. The 2nd bedroom has an adjoining bathroom and the third and fourth bedrooms share the third bathroom. On the west wing of the house is the 5th bedroom with a king size bed (can be 2 singles) and private ensuite, TV and reverse cycle airconditioning. The games room has a billiard table, "fussball" table, very large flat screen TV and slow combustion fire set in stone. Outside is a tennis court with pavilion, covered parking and landscaped gardens. There is even a glass observation room so that the views can be enjoyed to the full.
