Your future vacation home is beautifully decorated with furniture and artwork evoking the colors and scenes of the beach and natural surroundings. The home has cozy corners for close family time but with 2,100 square feet of space, there's enough room to get away when you want to.
The home is equipped with luxury upgrades like hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, 10 feet high ceilings, a gas fireplace, a flat screen tv, high-speed internet, granite and marble countertops, and multiple balconies and porches.
The house is close to all of Rehoboth's activities but its quiet location and amenities will allow you to RELAX on your vacation. Soak in the natural environment from the screened-in back porch or 2nd floor balcony with expansive wetland and golf course views and bird watching along the tidal marsh of the Wolf Pit Branch of the Kings Creek. Walk or bike to yacht canals and stunning views of Rehoboth Bay. After a long day, let yourself unwind. Cool off in the pool or get some sun on the deck. Lounge on one of the porches or balconies and enjoy evening breezes, watch the sunset over the trees, read a book, take a nap, or sip your favorite drink. Later, cook a gourmet meal in the huge kitchen, barbeque outdoors, or enjoy one of the many fantastic area restaurants. In the evening, open the windows, turn on the ceiling fans, and fall asleep to fresh ocean air, a light breeze, and the sounds of water fountains, wind blowing through the water grass, and frogs croaking in the moonlight.
The Seasons community is adjacent to both Kings Creek Golf Course and the Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club. The community includes a large scenic pond with fountains, a large private pool, and plenty of on-site parking. The Seasons is a limited access community, making the streets quiet and safe for little ones. It's perfect for a bike ride, jogging, skateboarding, a scooter run, or a relaxing stroll.
Besides the beach and Jungle Jim's water park, golf, the boardwalk, and miniature golf are just minutes away. Great, tax-free shopping in downtown Rehoboth Beach or at the Tanger Outlets are close by. Other nearby activities include: biking, an amusement park, spas, kayaking, sailing, boating, waterskiing, state parks, parasailing, jet skiing, crabbing/fishing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, hiking, movies, and a fitness center. Guests receive extensive recommendations for activities and restaurants/nightclubs upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and deposit.
The home sleeps 10 and has 3 bedrooms with 2 adjoining large bathrooms on the 2nd floor plus a 3rd floor loft. A powder room is conveniently located on the first floor. There are 2 queen sized beds, one double bed, two twin beds, and a queen size sleeper sofa with upgraded mattress. Each bedroom is fully furnished with balcony access and ample closet space and dresser drawers. The loft provides additional sleeping space for one teenager or young adult.
The occupancy limit is 10 people. Please, no more than 3 cars per rental. Persons signing the lease must prove that they are at least 25 years of age and must be present at the house during the rental period. Please note that this is not a party house or a party neighborhood. But if you want a relaxing and fun experience at the beach in nice surroundings, this is perfect for you.
Your rental includes approximately 40 dvds, 40 Xbox video games, and a collection of books and board games for adults and children alike. Also, for those of you with small children, you won't need another car to bring all their supplies - your rental includes baby, child, pool, and beach equipment (see amenities for details). Summer rental also includes a downtown Rehoboth Beach parking pass (no parking pass is necessary except during the summer). Please read comments from past guests to learn more about the house, the community, and their rental experience.
You will be dealing directly with the owner, and not a property manager or rental agent, throughout the rental process. For weekly rentals, the rental period is Sunday to Sunday. This helps you avoid summer time traffic on Saturdays when virtually every other beach home rental period starts and ends. Thus, you won't be stressed when you get here or when you leave. :)
Guests can rent for less than a full week during the off season. There is normally a minimum 2 night rental (with rental period ending on a Sunday for weekend rentals). Please click on the 'Calendar' feature to see available dates.
An initial 50% deposit and signed rental agreement will be due within 10 days of making the reservation. The remaining 50% rental rate, plus a refundable (if no damage) security deposit of $300, will be due 30 days before your arrival date. For those making their reservation 30 days or less than their anticipated arrival, the full rental rate, security deposit, and signed rental agreement will be due no later than 10 days after you make your reservation.
The complete fees are listed below in the 'Rate Details' section. There are no additional fees like a cleaning fee, booking fee, taxes, etc. that you might have to pay with other homes. You can pay by check or credit card. For those of you staying between October 1 and May 15, be sure to ask about early check-in and late check-out availability.
The pool normally opens Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend but can open a week early or close a week later.
For security and payment reasons, guests must be residents or citizens of the United States or Canada.
Readers Digest recently named Rehoboth's Boardwalk as 'Best of America' and Rehoboth Beach and neighboring Dewey Beach were recently named by the Natural Resources Defense Council's water quality report as two of the four cleanest water beaches in the United States. Both Rehoboth Beach and The Seasons are open, welcoming, and inclusive communities. Singles, couples, families, and friends will all enjoy their time here. Come see why!

I am a lawyer who lives in Washington, DC but I am originally from the Wilkes-Barre area of Pennsylvania. I love Penn State sports teams, the Phillies, politics, theater, golf, tennis, and exercise. I have three children. Our whole family loves going to Rehoboth Beach.
Barry purchased this Townhome in 2010
Why Barry chose Rehoboth Beach Yacht & Country Club
I have been vacationing in Rehoboth for over 25 years. I love the size of the town - not too big, not too small - the great activities, restaurants, and welcoming environment. I wanted a home with a large pool and convenient access to the beach. I fell in love with this house when I saw the rare wetland views and the wildlife. It is a special place and very relaxing. My friends have enjoyed it and I know you will too.
What makes this Townhome unique
The home backs onto protected state tidal marsh/wetlands area of the Wolf Pit Branch of the Kings Creek with its wide array of wildlife. You will likely see hawks, eagles, herons, egrets, ducks, geese, deer, fox, and more. The home is close to all of Rehoboth Beach's activities yet, because it backs onto parkland and golf courses, it is extremely quiet and relaxing after a hard day at the beach. Unlike other rental properties, which either don't offer a pool or only have small pool and no outdoor space, we offer a spacious pool as well as quiet streets and lots of green space. Favorite rituals: (1) After I wake up, I make a cup of coffee, put on my sunglasses, and go to the second floor balcony overlooking the wetlands. I relax watching the birds fly by and fish in the water while I drink my coffee. (2) Going to the pool to swim some laps and play with my kids after we get all hot and sandy at the beach. (3) Biking to Rehoboth Bay (very short ride) or Lewes (long ride) along a great trail through farmland, woods, and wetlands. Have lunch in Lewes and then return. (4) Morning fresh made to order donuts from the Fractured Prune, which is close by. Yummy treats! (5) Jungle Jim's water park and Funland amusement park (6) Minature golf at Shell We Golf (7) Grotto pizza and at least one nice restaurant during any stay

What A Gem!!
We stayed at this beautiful home for a fun New Year's weekend away. It is just so much more beautiful than the pictures can show. It was an absolutely frigid few days but the gas fireplace made it so cozy (and toasty!). Although we could not go out on the adorable little screen porch because of the cold, we opened the curtains in the morning and just marveled at the gorgeous nature view while we had our coffee. This is, by far, the most peaceful location we have ever stayed at in any of the beach areas. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the people who live there are very friendly. We were surprised at how close Route 1 is to the house (yet felt a million miles away!), which was convenient for going out to dinner and outlet shopping. Our 21 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed the privacy of the third floor loft. The bathrooms are huge and have double vanities which was very helpful. Absolutely loved this rental and would highly recommend it!!e
Aaah, thank you so much. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Please come again.
Perfect stay for our long weekend
Property was exactly as advertised. Homeowner was helpful and responsive. We will definitely consider staying again.
Nice place, good host, no worries.
Very pleasant weekend. 2nd time at Barry 's place ... would stay there again.
We come to this house every year for the last 6 years. This house is very clean, well maintained, kid friendly and always ready upon arrival. It is close to restaurants, tanger outlets, a short distance to the beach. The pool is a treat. The owner is wonderful, perfectly organized, quick to respond and detailed about everything from the start to finish.
Casey Family Vacation
Very good vacation. The home was beautiful and was located in a great neighborhood.
Our family really enjoyed the community swimming pool. Our grandchildren couldn't get
enough of the beach. The boardwalk had nice restaurants and the kids really enjoyed the
Fun Land Amusement Park. Overall, it was one of nicer vacations.

Great little getaway
The house was absolutely amazing with plenty of space and all the amenities. Quick uber distance to downtown Dewey, outlets and grocery stores. With a large party, it did not feel cramped at all and there was still plenty of space!
Thanks. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
