Enter into your own private getaway thru the security gates at the entrance to the complex. Lake Park Village is a small quiet community of townhouses in a triangle layout. Dobson Ranch golf course surrounds the outside of the complex and the inside units walk out to a large water feature. Imagine waking up to the warm Arizona sun and enjoying your breakfast and coffee outside watching the wildlife from one of the two patios. This three storey townhouse has a driveway with parking for two cars and a fully enclosed courtyard with a patio set for casual lunches or dinners outside. Once you have entered there is a half bath on the main floor as well as an inviting living room which opens up to the dining room and the large open fully stocked kitchen. All three rooms have views of the pond out back and to enjoy the views just a little bit more you can sit outside on the balcony off the dining room. There is also a BBQ to grill on so you can enjoy your time outside for a bit longer! Downstairs there is a washer and dryer and a large bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. You can wake up each morning and gaze out to the water from the double bed and if you would like to keep your kids or family close the couch in the sitting area across from the bed folds out into a double bed as well. The lower level is also a walkout so you can head outside and relax on the lounge chairs or enjoy some meals at the patio set in the enclosed patio overlooking the water. Travel up to the third level where you will find two very large rooms with extra large walk in closets! The front room has two single beds as well as an ensuite with a bath tub and shower. Take some relaxing time for yourself and choose a book from the armoire! Across the hall is another large room with a large walk in closet. Relax in the king sized bed and enjoy some tv or watch a movie. There is also an ensuite attached to this room as well with a large glass walk in shower with a bench. This townhouse is an end unit so only neighbours on one side and a green space on the other.
I currently live in Alberta Canada and its really cold in the winter! After my husband passed away in November of 2008 I wanted to purchase a vacation property to honour his memory. I chose Arizona as we had never been there before, its a pretty easy drive from Alberta and its hot! For the first few years I used the property as a quiet getaway, as did many family and friends. It provided me comfort and peace and quiet during a very difficult time. I fell in love with Phoenix and all the things to see and do. I decided to rent the unit now so others can explore Arizona and fall in love with it just as much as I did. I hope that my townhouse can provide as much comfort and enjoyment to others as I get from it!
Whether you are trying to escape the cold like me, or want some quiet relaxing time, Arizona is the place to go!! The weather is great allowing you to spend lots of time outside and with the three outdoor areas at the townhouse there is always someplace to go and relax. I enjoy my morning cereal on the back balcony overlooking the water and have had many a great meals outfront in the courtyard with my friends and family. With so much room in the townhouse there are lots of places to move about and not be crowded if you are traveling with family or friends. But probably the most relaxing thing is watching the hummingbirds flitter in and out of the large pine tree out back.
We enjoyed the month we spent in your town house in Mesa. I loved the decoration and Don appreciated the location which was convenient to so many of the things we like to do.
We hope you will keep us in mind if you decide not to use your place next March.
Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay in your lovely condo. We enjoyed being so close to shopping and attractions. We took in a game at one of the close stadiums in the area and also went to the new Cubs stadium which is fantastic. The weather was fantastic while we were in Arizona. Thanks again.
What a great place to stay! My family of 6 stayed at this house, there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever equipment you could possibly need for cooking meals. The pool was clean and very close. Locations was fantastic for getting to highways and pretty much anything you could want to do in the Phoenix area.
This condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of beds and bathrooms to accomodate everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils for just about any need. And Kirsty is wonderful to communicate with; pleasant and quick to respond. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.
We were more than pleased when we walked into the townhouse. It was clean, bright and well-equiped.
We loved being close to coffee shops, and organic food stores. The roads are very bike friendly - lots of wide bike paths and very smooth roads. The owner was very helpful in the couple of occasions when we had questions - quick responses to emails and very personable.
We would recommend this property to any one looking for a cozy home away from home in sunny Mesa. FYI the pool did not open until mid Feb. - they need a certain average temp between night and day because they do not use a cover. Opening date will very with the weather. It is a nice pool.
I would highly recommend this townhouse to anybody looking for a place to stay near Phoenix. My husband and I felt instantly at home here! The townhouse was very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. Sitting on the balcony, overlooking the pond was the perfect way to start our day. We plan to stay here again and we have already started telling all our friends about this hidden gem! You won't be disappointed if you choose to rent this townhouse.
This gated community was a wonderful pleasure for my stay. I was there for over a week and I didn't want to leave. There are two awesome bedrooms with their own en-suite baths. In addition to that, is also an additional bed and yet another en-suite bath on the walkout level. It appears the entire condo has been redone using crisp and clean colors, including impressive bathroom makeovers, and an entirely new kitchen.
The balcony off the kitchen level offered many hours of relaxation overlooking a beautiful pond, complete with baby ducks. turtles and numerous fish. There in an impressive amount of green space throughout the common areas that looks even larger as the entire complex is surrounded by a Dobson Ranch golf course.
I found getting around from the location of this condo was perfect, as it was close to all ammenities, such as shopping/outlet malls, golf courses, Sky Harbour Airport etc. All the major transportation routes are close by making it very easy to get almost anywhere. Using the 101, 202 and 60 highways make getting to any destination easy and painless.
There was plenty of room for two cars to park directly in front of the unit and visitor parking was close by as well which is rare. The complex itself looked to be well maintained and kept in great shape with flowering plants and exceptional greenery everywhere.
The condo was immaculate upon arrival, very clean, neat, tidy and well equipped with plenty of towels, glasses, plates, flatware etc. It was nice to have a washer dryer on site as well. Flat screen T.V's, cable and wireless internet are also available in this unit, with free Wi-Fi at the pool, which is about 150 feet from the condo and was a great way to cool off in the heat. I visited the pool often due to the heat and there was rarely anyone there, so was very peaceful, refreshing as well as relaxing.
Make sure you visit Joe's Farm Grill and Joe's BBQ, as well as the Olive Farm. All serve great food, while the Olive Farm sells premium flavoured Olive Oils from olive trees grown on site. the owner has been kind enough to put together an inforamtion binder that details all the sites, where they are and how to get there. All the popular desitnations are there.
I would totally recommend this condo to anyone vistiting Phoenix, truly spectacular in my opinion!!
This is an ideal location!! 15 mins from the airport, 2 mins to a championship golf course, 5 mins to the highway, minutes away from numerous restaurants, 10 mins to miniputt and water slides, walking distance to the library, all major stores such as Walmart or Target within ten mins, large outlet shopping centre 20 mins away, large Casino 20 mins away. So much to see and do right outside your door and with the highway so close it takes no time at all to get to surrounding attractions and stores or to take a quick trip to Old Scottsdale for a day of shopping and sightseeing!
