Why Gemma chose Tannersville

We have been vacationing here for nearly 20 years, and quickly became home owners.

We ski in the winter -we can walk to the slopes- and in the summer the ski resort becomes a water park!

The area is so beautiful, there are endless activities and entertainment as well as good eating and shopping.

What makes this townhome unique

We love the freedom, the development is quiet, well maintained and very picturesque.

The house is warm & comfortable with a lovely fireplace and balcony for summer barbeques.

The choice of summer activities is truly amazing as well as the ski resort right next door.

Had a great time

The property is very well located near camelback resort and the outlet mall. We had rented the property for labor day weekend and had a great time. The owner was very helpful and prompt. The house was clean and had plenty of linens and cooking utensils. The view from the balcony was amazing. Hope to return to this property soon.

Beautiful Ski Condo

This is a great getaway for anyone looking for a place that is practically on Camelback Mountain. Unfortunately, due to mother nature's lack of snow, we didn't get to enjoy walking to the lift so we had to drive. However, the drive is literally about 2 min away. It's a perfect location. The home is well kept and very clean. There are 3 bathrooms conveniently located on all floors. The beds were cozy, the view was spectacular, and there was more then enough supplies in the kitchen to make you feel at home. Contact with the owner was very easy, she responded to all emails promptly, and returned our security deposit in about 3 days. Even if you don't ski or snowboard and are going up for the waterpark, it is VERY close to that as well, maybe 4 min. We will definitely be returning to this quaint condo in the mountains.

Even cozier than the pictures.

The house was even nicer and cozier than the pictures suggested, and really appreciated that towels and linens were provided. The master bedroom is great with nice view of stars and trees, through the skylights. The view out of the balcony was gorgeous in the ample living room. The teenagers enjoyed the bunk-bed room and the Wii. Once we figured it out, we could go over to the edge of the slope and watch the skiers passing by. There are steps to the house, but parking was ample, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub at the community center (there is also a workout room.)

Steps from the mountain with plenty of room

This house is perfect for anyone visiting the Camelback resort. We went for a ski weekend, and it is literally next to the mountain (which looks really pretty if you arrive after dark). There are walkways/entrance paths so you can take a few steps and then ski in/out if you already have your equipment and lift ticket. But if not, it's a 2 minute drive!

The house itself was great for our group of 6. There bedrooms and bathrooms were large, and the upstairs living area is perfect for a large group. It is spacious with plenty of seating.

The owner is also great - responded to all my questions quickly, provided very clear, detailed instructions for check in and check out, and my security deposit was returned quickly.

I would definitely stay here again, and very much enjoyed my stay.

Clean, great location, nice stay

We had a nice long weekend over New Year's Eve at this rental near Camelback Mountain. Though the weather was way too warm for skiing, we nevertheless enjoyed the area (including some of the Camelback activities like zip lining and mountain coaster). The rental condo is very clean, has plenty of space and lots of linens and towels. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped and we were able to cook nice meals. We didn't get a chance to use the pool in the development but it looked nice from afar. Overall I would recommend this rental and we may go back when there is actually snow on the mountain. (It looked like it would be possible to walk a few hundred yards to the ski slope and ski down to the lodge, as this unit is located part-way up the mountain). The owner was very responsive over email and provided excellent instructions for checking in, etc.
