This gorgeous 4th floor Destin vacation condo is truly worthy to be part of the Crystal View complex. Its entire southeast side is decked with windows and a wrap around balcony so that your views of the glittering emerald waters are crystal clear! Between the cheery yellow walls and all the windows you’ll be walkin’ on sunshine because of the sunny glow this beach condo enjoys.

Modern décor featuring bold and colorful artwork adds to the merry feel, while relaxing extras like the large tub, furnished balcony and comfortable beds and couches really let you unwind. Moreover, you don’t have to go far to taste delicious seafood, you can see Pompano Joe’s Beach Bar and Grill just down the jogging path to the east. Plus, great golf and shopping are all within a few minutes’ drive.

This condo rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break. Over the 4th of July holiday we require a weekly stay.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Please inquire about pet fee at booking. We do have a non-refundable pet fee required with our pet friendly properties.

July 2016 Stay

Condo 402 was absolutely fabulous it was a beautiful condo it was perfect for our family and our 2 small dogs, the complex itself was in a great location the only downfall I would say that we had was that there is no cart to haul up our groceries or personal belongings for the trip so that made it very difficult other than that it was very very very nice and I would definitely recommend it. And Housekeeping could have done a little better job with the vacuuming because I don't think they picked up the rugs in the condo because there was ALOT of sand under them so a small floor vacuum would come in handy. We will definitely be renting this one again, but hopefully they will have some carts for the tenants on the fourth floor.

We loved staying so close to the beach! Great view! Plenty of room. Very well stocked and kept except there were not enough washcloths so I had to go buy more. There were numerous lights out in the master bath and living room so that needs to be corrected for the next guest. We will be back to this property or another ND property.
