This spacious, updated 3 bedroom/2 bath condo can accommodate up to 8 guests and is perfect for those looking for the comforts of home and the convenience of being a five minute walk to the lifts, restaurants and shopping in Teton Village. The property has recently undergone an extensive and beautiful renovation including the installation of new granite countertops, travertine tiling, stainless steel appliances, and a high efficiency washer and dryer. The condo also offers wireless high speed internet, membership to the nearby Sundance Swim and Tennis club and use of the mountain’s ski shuttle.

The living room has a large open layout, complete with queen size sofa sleeper for two, love seat, flat screen HDTV, DVD player, and stereo system with CD player and iPod dock. The stone fireplace is this room’s center piece, extending from the new hard wood floors to the vaulted ceiling. There are wall to wall sliding glass doors that lead to a huge deck with gas grill and gorgeous valley and mountain views. This is the only unit within the complex with an expansive walk-out deck, ideal for summer time outside entertaining and BBQs.

The dining area, with seating for eight, is open to the living and kitchen areas. Natural light floods in from all the surrounding windows and offers a nice view while guests dine together. The kitchen features granite counter tops, travertine backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Guests will also enjoy the new dinnerware and lighting as they entertain; able to maintain conversation with their entire party as they prepare a meal.

Up a few stairs and to the right is the master bathroom. It contains a beautifully travertine tiled tub and granite countertop sink. The master bedroom is just beside the bath and has a king size bed with plush new bedding, HDTV, dresser, and large curtained glass doors that open to a small patio area.

Just up a few more stairs and to the right is a bunk room perfect for three, with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The third bedroom is nicely decorated as well and has two twins (that can be converted into a king size bed) with new bedding, dresser, and nightstand. The shared bathroom across the hallway has a beautifully travertine tiled, walk-in shower and granite countertop sink.

You have access to the nearby Sundance Swim and Tennis Club. Pool, hot tubs and tennis in summer, hot tubs only in winter. It is open Memorial day through September, weather dependent and throughout the ski season.

Baby supplies and pack and plays available at no extra cost. Babysitting can even be arranged upon prior notice. Please see the website for details!

Teton Village is a scenic 12 miles from the town of Jackson. The Village is not just for winter, it offers numerous activities in the summer as well. Teton Village offers dining, shopping, fun night life, and many outdoor adventures. Steps away from Grand Teton National Park, this is a fantastic place to visit again and again.

The condo was clean and spacious. Jackson is beautiful place to visit.

The only bad thing about the condo wss the parking. Not enough spaces and people parking in others assigned spots.

Four Seasons II #4 review July 10-14

The place was lovely, had a few flaws that need addressed:

* back porch lights out

* no cleaning utensil for grill?

* left window crank in upstairs bedroom adjacent to bathroom needs allen screw tightened to secure crank

* recommend moving washer/dryer to left a bit for better clearance to doors

* moving dishwasher to left a bit and shimming in place so it clears door of stove/oven

* reversing hinges of lower cabinet door between dishwasher and stove could make this cabinet usable again

All could be easily addressed I believe.

The biggest problem was parking. Though the lot clearly says by Permit Only and there are 8 numbered spaces and 8 units, there are local permanent residents who are not bright enough to read apparenly and are parking 2 and 3 vehicles taking the reserved spaces of people who are renting as a vacation rental. Then they are belligerent and obnoxious when telling them about it. That needs to be addressed with the HOA and it made clear to them to use overflow parking or a lot somewhere off the property, but they have only the right to one vehicle per rented unit.

Nice - Expected more.

Nice location and set up. Unit did not have enough towels for the everyone - only had 5. We were a party of 6. Also, good luck parking - spaces are not assigned and lot was full each night. Had to park down the street.

Owner's Response: We are so sorry you didn't have enough towels for your stay. We had a new cleaner and she wasn't yet accustomed to how we like to have things set up for guests. We will be sure to have more than enough towels for everyone for future guests. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Our apologies for the parking situation. It can be a challenge when visitors bring multi-families and more than one car. This tends to be more of an issue in summer than winter. Luckily there is plenty of additional parking about a block away in the summer. So sorry this was an inconvenience for you. We do hope you enjoyed your stay regardless, it is such a special place! Great place, great location.

Comfortable, clean, and charming home. Beautiful view of the valley. Host was very helpful and directions for checking in and out were easy. Only two baths is a bit of a challenge for 8 people to get ready, but we knew that going in. Close to resorts in Teton Village.

Great location

The condo is conveniently located: just a 5-minute walk to the village. It was perfect for spring skiing at Jackson and Grand Targhee. The beds are comfortable, but the walls are thin -- and because this unit is on the ground floor, it can be noisy. Beth is very responsive and was helpful both before and after we arrived. We noticed the couches are uncomfortable and probably need to be updated. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
