About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wifes family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Beautiful home, beautiful location
I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Great base to explore the surrounding area, with wonderful hiking and beach-combing options. We stayed in early March, lucked out with one gorgeous day, and cozied up by the fireplace the rest of the time. Our dog loved it, too!
Such a beautiful house
This was such a beautiful house! Everything you could want was in the house. We cooked a lot of meals, and the kitchen was great! It was fully stocked, and we loved how open the house was. We watch beautiful sunsets and enjoyed the beautiful grassy/lawn area. Would stay here again!
Fantastic hide a way
Being right on the bay with full views the scenery was amazing and great to watch all the weather. Also saw wildlife after dark. A place to lay back and enjoy views and close to Netarts and Tillamook.
Very nice home sitting on the water
Very nice home on the bay. It was a wee bit cold while we were there, but in the summer time I could see where it would be absolutely perfect. If you show up to this place late in the day, like near dark, you may have a bit of a challenge finding the place. Definitely you need to watch out for the little tiny vacasa sign and pay attention to google maps. If google says you have gone too far, then turn around because you missed the entrance. Don't try and open the garage door either. we thought we could park inside, but went to open the door and it made a real bad sound. So park outside. Also if you walk along the front of the cliff in front of the house to the right you will come to a small valley and this will take you down to a small spit of land that you can walk out on. Otherwise, mind your kids as there is a steep cliff right at the edge of the lawn. No fire pit, so you are SOL for a camp fire and roasting marshmellows. For the adults I suggest hitting the Pellican Brewery in Tillamook. Great beer.
Way better than a house on beach
We absolutely loved staying here. The bay views are amazing. The property is private. The gardens are clearly well loved. The large windows were the perfect spot to watch the storm outside. The covered deck was a great place to read a book snuggled under a quilt listening to the rain. When the sun came out, we enjoyed the hiking and clamming nearby. Great house in any season in any weather!
An excellent vacation rental!
We absolutely loved this spot on Netarts Bay. The house is just beautiful, a lovely craftsman style home, and the views out over the bay are wonderful. It was so nice to travel with our dog, and have the pleasure of staying in such a nice place. We found great places to eat, and wonderful beaches to walk, and the Netarts area is absolutely gorgeous.
