Ideally located in one of the best locations in Belmont Shore, Long Beach. Views of the Ocean, Catalina Island, Kitesurfers, Sailboats and Bike path are directly in front with panoramic views from the bifold doors in the Living Room and large Kitchen window. House sleeps up to 6 people.

KITCHEN- stainless steel Viking appliances, white Caesar Stone countertops, dark cherry wood cabinets, and a wine fridge for all of you wine lovers (BYOW), plenty of dinner ware, large basin sink sits in front of a 9'x3' window overlooking the beautiful outside space and of course, the ocean view!
LIVING ROOM- relax in the most comfortable couch and enjoy the lovely green slate V tiles that surround the glass rock filled fireplace and flat screen TV. Large panoramic style folding doors open up the entire living room bringing the outside in, great for entertaining or just enjoying the weather.
OUTSIDE- built in concrete seating with large contemporary gas fire pit with glass pebbles sets the perfect mood day or night. Don't forget the Webber gas grill if you are in the mood to grill up a nice dinner for you and your guests. (For use by house renters only, not the upstairs apartment)
DINING ROOM- large wood base with glass top table with a lovely chandelier above for the perfect lighting. The wall just behind the dining room table is all mirrored so you can enjoy the ocean view from anywhere in the room.
GUEST BATH- Custom tile work from tub to ceiling, unique faucet from ceiling pours water into tub (a must see). When it's filled, relax and enjoy the massage jets after a long day.
FRONT GUEST ROOM - sleeps 2 on a full size sofa bed.
BACK GUEST ROOM - sleeps 2 with 2 twin beds, can convert into a king upon request.
MASTER BEDROOM- large space with cal king; large flat screen tv centered on a beautiful 3 dimensional wall; built in vanity space; large walk in closet with washer and dryer for added convenience.
MASTER BATH- private toilet room, large walk in shower with bench seating, rain head shower, body sprayers and adjustable hand held shower head! A floating vanity with two contemporary sinks and one large mirror with an overhead skylight for natural lighting complete this perfect space.
PARKING- there is a parking spot in the back of the house for 1 car and street parking just out front.
AROUND TOWN- everything you need to enjoy your stay is right out front. Right out front you will find one of the most popular Kite Surfing locations. It is such a beautiful site to see all the kites in the sky when they host the many competitions here in Belmont Shore! In the mood for some exercise? There are bike rentals all over town, just pay with your credit card and ride away. The bike path starts right out front and takes you all the way to down town Long Beach where there are plenty of restaurants, a theatre, comedy club, the Queen Mary, Aquarium of the Pacific, Convention Center and plenty of site seeing; a 7 mile round trip ride! In the mood to be on the water? Walk out the front door and go east 3 blocks and enjoy a romantic gondola ride through the beautiful Naples Canals, visit the kayak rental and cruise the canals while getting some exercise, or relax and soak up the sun at the lovely kid friendly bay. In the mood for some food and shopping? Walk a few blocks north to 2nd St where you will find a 1 mile strip of restaurants, bars & shops for everyone or jump in your car and head 1 mile east where you will find more restaurants,shops and theaters. Want to cruise the canals on your own? Check out the duffy rental office next to McKenna's restaurant. You can also jump on a water taxi that takes you to Downtown Long Beach if you don't feel like driving or riding bikes.
Looking to explore beyond Long Beach? The 710, 405, 605, and 22 freeways are all within 10 minutes of the property. You can be in LA/Hollywood within 45 min, San Diego around 2 hours, Big Bear Mountain around 2 hours. Take a drive up or down Pacific Coast Highway to view all of SoCal's beautiful beach communities.
Don't forget Long Beach Airport is only 15 minutes away. You could jump on a flight and be in Las Vegas, San Francisco, Mammoth or Salt Lake City Utah (just to name a few) in no time at all.
Some extra info... There are plenty of grocery stores close by including one that is just a mile away. We have The Market by Vons, Trader Joes, Ralphs, and Whole Foods. Broadway Ave and 4th St both have some great restaurants and shops if you would like to explore even more.
Location,Location,Location Beach, Fire Pit outside was awesome! Everything you ever wanted within a 8 block radius. The house, nice beds, walk in shower ,full kitchen. Really the only thing missing was a couple bikes to ride. Like I said GreatPlace to Stay
The house was great. The view beautiful. Barbara and her husband were super in addressing any questions we had. The house has everything you need. I would recommend their house to anyone looking to enjoy their stay in Long Beach.
Our family of six spent a wonderful week at this lovely house. The house is modern and has many amenities. The location is superb! We walked to either the ocean beach, or quiet bay each day for swimming and sunbathing. We kayaked and paddle-boarded in the bay for a very reasonable $8 per hour.
Mornings and evenings consisted of a 15 minute walk to very lively 2nd street for both breakfasts and dinners. We would walk along the ocean each evening and come back to light the outdoor firepit - really easily, and very comfortable.
The owners were available by phone or text when we had questions- although with their information sheet we had very few.
This was our first stay at a vrbo home, but we were delighted and hope to visit this lovely home again next summer!
We have stayed at many VRBO properties in several countries and this was one of the most enjoyable. The owner was very helpful and prompt in the emails we exchanged in preparation for the booking and also for our arrival. The house was very accurately described, but the location was even better than we expected. There is a lovely sense of open space and a pleasant outdoor seating place in front to watch the ships glide by in the morning, the colourful kites that people brought to the beach in late afternoon and the lovely sunsets over the ocean. We enjoyed the cycle path along the beach and the tasty clams served at Belmont Brewing restaurant which also has a great view of the beach (book ahead for an outdoor table with oean view), The house was immaculate and very well equipped. We were very grateful to find the owners had left more than very basic supplies in the fridge and cupboards. We really liked the feel of staying as a guest in someone's home and not a sterile hotel - there was sufficent place in the closets and drawers for our own things. This is not a holiday ghetto, but a very quiet and settled neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Would certainly recommend this as an ideal place for active people who love being at the beach but who do not want to stay in a rowdy resort.

50% if cancelled 30-59 days prior to the Check-in Date
Cancellation or Breach (A.) Cancellation — If cancellation is made prior to 60 days of arrival, all rental fees will be refunded. Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days of arrival, 50% of rental fees will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 30 days to arrival, all rental fees are forfeited. No refunds due to weather, airport, or road closures. Long-term rentals are subject to different cancellation policies.
