This property is in a very quiet pride of ownership cul-de-sac neighborhood located in an interior tract location allows children to play in back or out front without worrying about traffic and noise of the busy intersections around the Disney Resort and Anaheim Convention Center.

No worries about your safety and belongings like you worry when renting in an overcrowded community apartment townhouse complex where you share every amenity with hundreds of neighbors you don't know anything about and may not like and for sure can't trust.

Nice Home in a Great Location!!

The house was great, we absolutely loved it!! It was clean, cozy and in a wonderful location next to Down Town Disney. I would highly recommend staying here over a hotel! The cost is lower, you have you privacy and it's like being at home.

Near to "The Happiest Place On Earth!"

Had a wonderful and very relaxing time in this home. Greg promptly handled our reservation request and made sure all was in readiness for our arrival. The house is within a 20-minute walk to Downtown Disney, but located in a residential cul-de-sac so there is very limited traffic on the street, which results in very peaceful days and quiet nights. The home is very open and spacious, offering plenty of area for adults and children for lounging or recreating. The bedroom arrangement was ideally laid out for our multi-family needs: two bedrooms with bathroom in back for parents and small kids plus a separate 'private retreat,' and another bedroom and bath in front for other family members. The kitchen area is complete with major and small appliances, serving ware and cooking utensils, as well as a large assortment of condiments and spices. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located next to the kitchen. The large dining table is immediately adjacent to the kitchen which greatly facilitated meal serving and clean-up. The backyard with large shaded patio and good-sized pool is a huge bonus given the warmer climate in SoCal, and makes for very comfortable afternoon naps and enjoyable casual gatherings in the early evening.

One other 'plus' of this property is the two-car garage. Many VRBO owners have converted their garages into game rooms, forcing renters to park their vehicles out in the driveway. But Greg has kept his garage empty to allow for inside parking where cars can be sheltered from the sun and rain, a benefit appreciated by many car owners.

In conclusion, if you are planning on a stay in the D-land area of Anaheim, this home is definitely worth your consideration.

Steps away from everything!!

This house is very nice! The quiet location in a decent neighborhood made our stay well worth the time. Greg was very respectful and attentive upon booking this location and during our stay. The rooms appeared very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The group that stayed with me for the nurses' convention were pleasantly pleased with the accommodations. As an added plus, we were all able to walk anywhere we needed to. The house is in close proximity to the convention center. Disney is just a few more blocks away. This turned out to be a positively excellent experience had by all!!

Very Enjoyable Stay

This property was located in a very nice neighborhood. It was amazingly quite, even during the day. The home was spacious, clean and had a very nice outdoor space which included a pool, grill, and fire pit. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and will probably book it again next year when we visit our family in California.

In addition, Greg (the owner) was wonderful to deal with, he was a good communicator and very kind. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Great property close to Anaheim Convention Center and to Disney Land!

This property is so conveniently located to both the Anaheim Convention Center and to DisneyLand. It is very well kept, and very, very clean.

Their is ample room, and the outdoor living space is lovely with plenty of dining space and relaxing space. My favorite spot is the outdoor firepit! And, from the backyard, you can view Disney's fireworks every night!

If you need groceries, there is a grocery store within walking distance. And, there is another grocery store a short UBER ride away from the house!

Excellent stay!

This vacation rental is perfect for a group of any age! There are so many places to gather to assure everyone has their own space and within walking distance to convention center and Disneyland. I would definitely recommend this home to everyone!
