Spacious, luxurious and a touch above. Condo Blossom at Palmas Reales 1C is located on the North side of Cozumel, across from the golf course and 2 miles from town where you can find the best restaurants and shopping and It is one of the largest 3 bedroom condos on the island with a beautiful balcony over looking the ocean with 3 spacious bedrooms all with their own private large bathrooms. The condo is located perfectly.
The Condo is one flight up, which means that you can take the elevator or go down the stairs to the beautiful crystal clear water of the Caribbean or the large infinity heated pool. The view from the balcony is unobstructed brilliant blue water of the Caribbean. Coffee and breakfast, in the morning on the lounge chairs in the balcony is a treat. You can watch the cruise ships arrive in the mornings and leave late afternoons, while you are watching the sunset.
The Condo is upscale waterfront furnished beautifully throughout with a full service open kitchen. It is centrally air- conditioned.
The building itself Palmas Reales is one of Cozumel’s premier properties and is very private with security 24 hours. The crystal blue water in front is superb for snorkeling, swimming , with an easy access. It is located on the North side and is very quiet, peaceful and private. There is also a natural beautiful sandy beach about 1/2 a mile from the Condo. But you will spend most of your time at the condo front.
The common area has an infinity pool overlooking the ocean that will leave you breathless. There is also an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off diving and snorkel gear, as well as a ladder that will take you down to the ocean easily to snorkel or swim.
What is also special is the new pedestrian/bike pathway that leads into town along the North end of Cozumel, where you can jog, ride a bike or just take a pleasant walk along the ocean.
The living room has a huge 8 seat wrap around couch
as you face west, towards the sea, all you can see is sea. There is no wall! The entire west facing side is all glass. You cannot get more sea view than that!
This is a very quiet building. There are only 3 or 4 condos for rent, and the rest of the condos are occupied by owners, many of who do not even live in Cozumel. This means the beach and pool areas are very quiet. Local town people do not have access to these areas.
The master bedroom has a spectacular view. It has windows that spread from one side of the room to the other, facing the sea. There is also a private access to the terrace, so you do not have to walk back into the living room
There is free high speed internet connection. Please bring your own laptop. Also local line, safe, use of washer and drier and of course cable TV. Daily maid service is included. A fabulous luxury unit that will make your stay in paradise delightfully comfortable.
Rent the best....
I live in NYC for the past 25 years.
Ronen Seri purchased this condo in 2012
I have been going to Cozumel for a while and I find it to be very charming. The locals are nice, the sea crystal clear and the island safe with the best diving, snorkeling and restaurants. Very relaxing and in my opinion better than any other Caribbean place I have visited......
WOW! That is what each member of my family said as they walked in the door and saw the sea through the ceiling to floor windows. The magnificent pictures you see are truly what you get. WOW!
The condo itself is beautifully decorated and contains everything you will need – WiFi, bath towels, beach towels, soap (bath, dish and laundry), basic kitchen appliances, huge jug of bottled water, wine decanter and glasses (both red and white!), sugar, spices and even Pam spray. I have rented many condos before and none have come close to having this many basics in their place. You truly feel welcome as the owners have let us use their home. Honestly, other than food, there is nothing we could have wanted. I kept opening the cabinets and exclaiming “and they have this…”
The pool and sea area is also perfect for relaxing. There are plenty of lounge chairs and it had, at most, 10 people including my family of 4, enjoying the pool. We snorkeled off the deck and it was great. A stair-ladder makes it very easy to get in and out of the water. We went to other beach clubs in Cozumel (Parmar and Bucannos) and thought the snorkeling off the condo was just as good or better.
The sunsets! Again, a WOW. There are several places along the shore to watch the sunsets but we just enjoyed the unobstructed view from the balcony.
Fulvio, the property manager, was in routine contact with me – both before we arrived and after, to see if we needed anything. We tried to meet up a few times and it just didn’t work out but I was very comfortable that he was only a phone call away if I needed him. The daily maid (Anne?) kept our place just like a hotel.
The only negative is that you may have to wait 5 minutes for a taxi to come by (oh, boohoo…) but I like the trade-off of not being in the middle of it all. We had a car and routinely parked in the 8-10 space condo parking lot or on the street in front of the building. We had a physically disabled person with us and everything was very accessible (i.e. elevators, walk-in showers, pool, etc)
Would I come back here and would I recommend this condo to friends? Unequivocally Yes! I truly thank the owners for opening up their home to us during our trip to Cozumel!
Nice condo. Great view. Cable / DVD player worker. Nice beds. AC works. Fully functioning kitchen. Neighbors left us a nasty note, calling us A holes because we put one trash bag in hallway (no instructions on where to put garbage we could find) Washer/Dryer didn't work...we called, they repaired same day. So FK the neighbors. All else is well.
Nice, quiet and comfortable. Will definitely go back! Didn't get to snorkel this time, but the water looked great. Cleaning service made it feel like we were in a hotel.
My wife, 9-month old daughter, and mother in-law recently stayed at this gorgeous condo during our first trip to Cozumel. We couldn't have wished for a better accommodation. The location was a short drive from the center of town. We had a rental (from Rentadora Isis. They were great!), but taxi's ride by almost every five minutes so one is not necessary unless you want to explore the island. Parking in free and plentiful, the building has a security guard which is nice, and we had the pool to ourselves every time we went down. The condo itself was very spacious with an amazing view. I went snorkeling a couple times right outside the pool area. It was nice. Not too many coral, but plenty of fish. You can see from the pictures that this condo has it all so I won't go into details. But I will say that my communications with the owner were great and the property manager, Folvio, was very helpful. They arranged to have a crib and high chair delivered before we arrived and stocked the fridge with a few essentials. It's little things like that that really show they care about their guest and are not just trying to turn a profit. Folvio even recommend several great restaurants that turned out to be amazing. In fact, all the food we ate while in Cozumel was delicious. A few of our favorites were Pancho's Backyard, Guido's, and Coconuts on the east side.
The minute we walked into this beautiful condo, we knew we were in for a treat. We were first treated to an incredible view of the ocean from both the living room and from the master bedroom. From the spacious balcony, you can see a full view of the magnificent ocean that surrounds Cozumel. We truly enjoyed the large kitchen and living room. We were very excited to be able to cook and eat at the condo some of the nights we were there rather than having to eat every meal out.
The condo is located in a great area of Cozumel. It's a very short ride into town but far enough away so that it is always very quiet and peaceful with very little traffic. There's a nice walking/running/biking path that we used to go running up to Playa Azul (a nice beach for snorkeling just 1.5 kilometers away).
The condo also has a nicely sized heated swimming pool that we used to relax in and that I used to do some nice swimming workouts in. We also used it to practice our snorkeling skills before entering the ocean. The beds next to the pool were pretty amazing to watch spectacular sunsets.
There's a convenient entrance into the ocean via a ladder that made it very easy. I only wished that the there had been a buoy line placed in the ocean and a little bit more sandy area to get a true beach feeling. I also would have liked to have had access to lifejackets to use when snorkeling and kayaking.
The managers Fulvio and Sandra are very professional and extremely helpful. Sandra came by on our first day and gave us a lot of great tips from restaurants to snorkeling places to stores to shop at. Fulvio was always accessible via e-mail to answer any questions we had.
All in all, this place is so incredible, I would rent it again next week if I could. I definitely plan on coming back soon !
This place was absolutely fabulous and huge! Not only that, but it was very affordable. My wife and I were originally going to stay here with another couple, but their plans changed and we ended up staying there on our own. Even so, the pricing was still comparable to a decent hotel in the states, but the space and views were so much better. Having the kitchen and various places to eat meals allowed us to save money by not going out. We were also able to invite people we met over for drinks since we had such a cool space to entertain with. It was a little tricky getting a cab into town, but if you have a little patience, one will drive by before too long.
