The property is less than a block to the beach and the famous Strand walk way where you can ride bikes or go for walks and enjoy the beach. Downtown Manhattan with it's cafes, restaurants, bars, markets and trendy shops is a short walk away. Also within walking distance is the Manhattan Beach Green Belt which offers a short 1 mile walking/jogging course or long 8 mile course.
Conveniently located close to LAX (15 mins.) or the 405 (7 mins.), the Getty Museum in 25 mins., Downtown Los Angeles in 25 mins., or Disneyland in 45 mins.
Interior Home Description as follows:
1st level has large closet for storage, washer/dryer and both bedrooms. 1st bedroom has queen size bed, large closet, dresser and full bath(shower and tub). 2nd bedroom has king size bed, 1/2 bath(stand up shower), dresser, large closet and private balcony. Both bedrooms have their own flat screen T.V.
Top level has open floor plan with living/dining area, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, breakfast counter, and deck with BBQ. The panoramic view from this level is breathtaking. Everything from Palos Verdes to Malibu and on a clear day Catalina Island can be seen.
Once you are here there is no reason to get in your car, everything you need to enjoy your stay is a short walk away. Come enjoy the California beach lifestyle.

Well appointed with all the creature comforts of home. We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute. I slept like a baby with the sound of the oven just off in the distance. We had two adults and two teens. Thanks.
Great property and location!
You can't ask for a better location in Manhattan beach. It's located in a very quiet area, one street off the beach, and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Brooke is an excellent property manager who resolved our issue with the cable promptly. The condo is in excellent condition and very well stocked with everything you need. I had no problem finding street parking in the area. I would highly recommend this rental.
Great place in a great location
Manhattan Beach is my favorite beach in L.A. and this duplex is perfectly situated within Manhattan Beach - 1/2 block from the beach, easy walk into town, and in a quieter, less crowded south end of town.
The duplex was spacious, well equipped, and everything was very new and clean. There is some new furniture in the living room, so it looks even better than the photos.
Brooke was super responsive throughout the rental process. I wanted to make a special dessert for my family for Thanksgiving, but needed a hand mixer. I asker her ahead of time if there was one stocked in the kitchen. Brooke checked and when she found that there wasn't one, she went out and got one so that it was waiting for me when we checked in.
We were hoping to surf and the waves were great. Loved all the towels, beach chairs, boogie boards... that were stocked at the duplex for us.
Parking was a bit of a concern, but we only had trouble on Saturday morning when we went out to breakfast and then came back to the duplex mid-morning. By then, spots were filled up by beach visitors. We had to park about 5 blocks away, but not a big deal.
Great stay in a beautiful spot
My husband and two college age kids stayed for the second time in this home in Manhattan Beach. The home is in wonderful condition, and linens, towel and even the kitchen accessories are all high end.
We never had an issue with parking two cars on the street. Of course, garage access would be nice, but it just wasn't a problem for us, so it certainly wouldn't stop us from staying again.
Brooke was great to work with: easy to reach, response time very timely, and she had some nice snacks waiting for us when we arrived and she showed us around.
The owners also just had a new sectional couch delivered the day we arrived which allowed much more seating space in the living room. Loved the extra seating. Great stay!
First Class Getaway
We truly enjoyed our stay here. The communication beforehand with Brooke was always easy and quick and she met us at the house to let us in. Everything was first rate, from the décor, cleanliness, patio view, and mattress comfort, to the stocked kitchen refrigerator and shelf items that we had access to.
The location is great, as the home is a short walk to the beach path and not much longer to many restaurants and a small meat market/grocery nearby.
We were concerned about the parking, and at one point we had 3 of our cars parked nearby, but the availability even on the weekend was not an issue for us.
After our last experience in another home nearby, it's refreshing to see the difference in quality of some places over others, and how nice a place can be just with the care and attention taken to make it that way.

Beautiful, well appointed town home in a great location
Perfect 2 bedroom property for two couples or a small family, close to downtown MB and the beach. Nice ocean view balcony that's perfect for morning coffee.
