Your Base Camp For Summer Fun! (NH Rooms Tax ID 060632)

New from top to bottom. This is a perfect mountain get-a-way for a small group of 6 or less at a budget price. New kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, carpets, AC, furnishings, bedding sheets and towels, flat screen and Blueray. All you need to bring is a smile. (I own 3 Units in this building #4054257, #4066055, & #3477856. Large groups get a discount booking multiple units.)

One Bedroom has Two Bunk Beds (4 Twins, Upper Bunk Over 8 Years Old and Less Than 175#)

Living Room has a pull-out Queen Sofa

You have WiFi, DVD and Two Flat Screens with Basic Cable.

Our goal is to offer you a clean, well decorated condo at a reasonable price. You can help by treating our home like your home for the time you are there. Here are some things that will help. I also have two other identical units in the same building.

Cable TV and Blueray Players:

There are two TV’s with Blueray DVD players one in the living room and one in the kid’s room.

Charcoal Grill:

There is a small charcoal grill on the back patio. Please keep it away from the building when in use.

Check In and Check Out:

I plan on guests leaving by 11am and not arriving till after 4pm. If there is no one checking out before your arrival or checking in the same day you leave, I will be glad to be flexible.

Cleaning Fee:

I don’t include a cleaning fee, but simply ask you to do the dishes, take out the trash, put a load of sheets in the washer and generally don’t leave a mess. I will do the rest, to get things ready for the next family.


There is a drip coffee machine and a Keurig machine. There are some sample pods, feel free to use them and, or add to them.


Stuff happens. General wear and tear is expected. Please tell me about things that break or don’t work so I can repair or replace them for the next guest. Substantial damage to furniture, appliances, carpeting or walls will be billed to the renter.


Route 16 North Through North Conway, Right at the Light in Glen, Next Left after Storyland Parking Lot. Building “S” is ¾ of the way around the loop. Pull in to the right of the center door, Unit 5 is straight ahead through the center opening.


There is a gas heater that is the primary source of heat. Please set it to "LOW" when you leave. Each room also has electric heat. They should all be set at 50 degrees when you leave in the Winter.


The key is in a lock box. You receive the code when you make your deposit.


Parking is limited, so if you have two cars please park them behind each other.

Resort Amenities: I have two club memberships available for my guests to use. All fees are paid directly to the front desk at the clubs and are optional. You are only charged if and when you use the facilities.

- Christmas Mountain Private Club

In-Door and Out Door Pools, Exercise Room, Hot Tub, Steam Rooms, Billiards, Sauna, Ping Pong, Racket Ball Horse Shoes, Video Gaming Room, Tennis and locker rooms are all available, for $7 per person per day, at the Christmas Mountain Club. Bring ID Bracelets from the front door, turn left when leaving golf course, take the second right at Kringle’s Pizza, then the first left to Christmas Mountain follow signs to the Club House on the left. (Less than 1 mile away, BYOB, closed Wednesday, 12-6pm Weekdays 12-8 pm Holidays and Weekends.)

- Linderhof Private Country Club

Outdoor Pool, & Tennis access 1 Day $20, 2-3 Days $35, 4-7 Days $55/Family. Golf is an additional $15 Adult and $5 Under 12, per day, unlimited play $28 on Saturday. Pay at Clubhouse. Food and Beverage available.


Please do not leave any food for the next guest. Some dry items are in the corner pantry, feel free to use them and, or add to them.


We are on a private septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.


There is no land line in the unit.


You’re in “Bear Country” do not leave any trash outside. Please empty all garbage and recyclables down by the Club House when you leave. One dumpster for Trash, one for all Recyclables.


The property has free WiFi. Password is "icecreamfordinner".

Perfect Location, Great Price & New Kitchen

We loved our stay. We took our family of 4 young kids up for a fall weekend at Storyland and Attitash. The kids were thrilled to discover the "bears" at the house... such a nice touch. And the location couldn't have been more perfect. Leaving Storyland and the end of the day we just looked at the line of cars struggling to get into North Conway and we just crossed the street and were there. And the next day's access to Attitash was great too. We found the kitchen and bathroom to be clean. The carpeting was starting to show its age, in full disclosure, but that was all we might quibble with.

Relaxing place to stay. Great location

This was our second time staying at the Linderhof Condos. Last time we stayed in the condo next door. This is a great location - walking distance to Storyland and easy drive to Conway, Attitash or Mt. Washington.

This particular condo has a great layout with the open kitchen and living room. The kids loved the bears!

I would recommend this to anyone traveling to the area.

Location was awesome, great to have the toddler take a nap in between hours at Storyland! Affordable! The beds weren't very comfortable, but a great value for the price. Owner was accommodating
