The bathroom hardware is brushed nickel. Kitchen countertop is granite. From the kitchen, living room and both bedrooms we have views of the ocean and the bluff.
We have four Hunter fan/light units, one in each upstairs bedroom, one in the living room and one in the kitchen. There are other nice light fixtures in the dining room, kitchen, etc.
There is a cut into the ocean, with stairs, directly in front of KP to allow for easy access into the water. There is a swimming pool, lots of lounge chairs, a jetted hot tub, hammocks, gazebos, barbecues, wash sinks and hangers for dive equipment. Check with management for free bicycle rental.

Welcome to our vacation paradise! Unit #335 Kings Point, Cayman Brac.
After many years and many trips to Cayman Brac, we have finally decided that we should have our own place there.
The Owner purchased this townhome in 2012
If you like to dive, snorkel, rock climb, view gorgeous birds and flowers or just plain veg out, consider renting our brand new waterfront unit.
We recently stayed at King's Point for our Christmas vacation. The townhouse was perfect for our family of 4, the amenities of unit were great especially for cooking meals which we did 4 of the nights! The grounds of the complex are beautiful, we enjoyed sitting by the pool, laying in the hammocks, listening to the crash of the surf, gazing at the moon and stars, checking out the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Brenna, the owner, was great to work with, she responded so quickly to our inquiry and she provided us with so much information for our stay. We were lucky enough to meet her on our layover in Grand Cayman. This is a quiet little island, great to go if you want relaxation. Perfect for divers, snorkelers and adventurers who like to hike caves. A car rental is recommended, even though the island is small, the few grocery stores, restaurants and snorkel spots are not within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay in the Brac tremendously and hope to return there again, and stay at King's Point, in the future.
Wow. This home was amazing. From the inside with everything you could possibly imagine needing and a bed that if I could have packed it I would have taken it home. To the outside with the beautiful pool, waterfall , and hot tub. The Palm trees on the property were gorgeous. Everything about kings point is awesome. An Brenna was a peach to work with. Must rent a car as u are far away from anything. But that was my wish. Peace calm an serenity. Also neighbor Nina is a huge asset to the property. Knowledgeable kind and a wonderful underwater photographer. Definitely recommend and will return
A beautiful location in paradise...the house was all we could have hoped for and more. It is in perfect condition with more amenities than we were anticipating including a fantastic kitchen, great bathrooms and excellent community features. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool, hammock and hot-tub while stargazing.
Brenna was exceptionally helpful and provided insight into what to expect and how best to plan our stay. She was flexible and informative.
We can't wait to return to this tranquil paradise.
Our week stay at Kings Point was wonderful. I can't say enough about the owner Brenna. She was a very conscientious host, who kept us informed through email about the villa and any updates we needed to be comfortable during our stay.
The place is brand new and it has all the amenities of home. The kitchen is well appointed with a huge refrigerator. There is everthing you need to prepare meals, if you decide to stay in rather than visiting any of the surrounding restaurants. There is a large flat screen TV (which we did not use) and a very comforable couch, where we conducted most of our internet communications. We did have some issues with the WiFi but it is being upgraded. The bedrooms upstairs are large and spacious. The master bedroom's king size bed is very comfortable. Everything in the villa is first class.
Brenna has some portable table and chairs which we used on the mail floor patio. We usually had coffee outside, overlooking the pool, every morning. It was a great way to greet the day.
Even though there were two other units occupied, we rarely saw the other tenants. We had the pool and hammocks all to ourselves. We spent every afternoon after diving, lying by the pool enjoying the solitude and sounds of the breaking waves on the beach. The ocean was too rough to swim at the cut but we did get into the water once or twice at the sheltered swim area. The water is gorgeous and we spent may hours just enjoying the sight, watching the sun descend over the bluff.
You will need a car for your stay on Cayman Brac. We had hoped to just cycle around but the Island is larger than you might think. We dove everyday with Brac Scuba Shack - they are a smaller outfit taking a maximum 8 divers in the boat only. Kings Point offfers a rinse tank and a place to hang your gear to dry - a very nice feature. We met Nina, who lives next door. Nina is putting together a shore dive directory of the Island. It is an ambitious project but one that will bring more divers to the Island.
Thank you Brenna, for a wonderful stay at King's Point. Your place is lovely and we will be back.
