Comfort meets modern meets nostalgia at this one-of-a-kind vacation home. Welcome to Pelican Paradise. This spacious home boasts an open floor plan, two living areas, three dining areas, and tons of room to spread out for even the largest group.
As you approach the front door, a friendly pelican statue is there to greet you. When you walk in, you'll see the first of two living areas. This, a Florida room, runs the length of the house and boasts comfy chairs, a couch, and reading material.
As you walk back toward the front door, a right turn just before the bar area takes you to a nostalgic warming oven and an amazingly huge indoor gas grill. This grill puts all others to shame! And if it's raining, who cares? You're all set! Warm the hotdog and hamburger buns in the oven and grill the meat. A delicious dinner awaits!
Past the grill, another right turn takes you into a surprisingly modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, lots of cupboard space, and so much counter space even the most seasoned of chefs would be jealous. A peek inside the cupboards reveals a Ninja blender, lots of pots and pans, dinnerware, cooking utensils, and eating utensils including some for the little ones. A drip coffee maker sits near another cupboard where you'll find coffee already there for your enjoyment.
Walk through the next doorway to the nearby dining area -- a comfortable nook perfect for eating or working with plenty of light from not only the windows but also from the overhead combination light/ceiling fan.
A glance to the right and you'll see the second living area with a big-screen TV, reading material, two comfy couches, and on the far end, a decorative fireplace and loveseat.
Down the hall you'll find a closet that doubles as a guest room closet. The guest rooms are light, airy, and spacious with everything from a queen bed to a double bed to two single beds. A guest bath features a hand-held shower head and plenty of storage space.
The master bedroom has a unique, built-in, lighted vanity area with shelves, a king bed, an ensuite bath, and a dresser in the closet with space on either side to hang clothes.
Walking back toward the kitchen, a right turn takes you to a door that leads to the third dining area -- al fresco! The backyard is lush with lots of greenery and an angel statue hidden amongst it all. The dining area is spacious and comfortable.
This is paradise for both pelicans and humans alike! Book now for a vacation to remember.
