San Francisco Condo Rental Photos and Description

Condo, 2-BR, Sleeps 4, Parking, Walk 2 blocks to Neighborhood Shops

Furnished rental with all the conveniences you deserve in the hip, vibrant Marina District! Minimum stay is 30 days.

Walk to shopping, beach, tourist attractions, boating at Marina Green, Golden Gate Yacht Club, San Francisco Yacht Club -- all on level ground. The City has 7 hills, but the Marina District is not one of them. It's level ground for easy walking and running. Hills nearby if that's your choice.

This property is located just a few blocks from the Marina Green and Crissy Field. Do you know the difference between an apartment and a flat? The flat is much larger!

This Flat is fully furnished, including fully-equipped kitchen, linens, towels, paper goods (toilet paper, paper towels, napkins).

This unit is on the 1st floor and consists of 1580 sq. feet. 'First floor' is one level up from Ground Level. The building is a 3-unit residence with 2 full-floor flats and one garden apartment. Garage parking is available for an additional fee for one small car for guests.

The two large bedrooms are in the rear of the flat. Very Quiet. The sleeping area can be closed off from the main living area with the hallway door, which makes it kid friendly. Each bedroom has one queen size bed with queen mattress and box spring.

The bathroom is the usual San Francisco split bath with the toilet in a separate room so that one person can shower while another uses the toilet in private.

The breakfast nook off the kitchen is perfect for planning the day's activities at breakfast. It's also great as an office/computer area for work or play. There is a formal dining room for catching up around the dinner table after a long day out having fun.

The large West-facing living room is in the front of the flat with a wall of windows for great light.

The kitchen and breakfast nook have all the charm of the 1920s when the building was built, but updated with modern-day conveniences.

Free wireless internet throughout for working or just emailing and surfing the internet. Save on your data plan!

The combination mud-laundry room next to the kitchen opens to the outside with access to the backyard.

The over-sized (for San Francisco) backyard has a large patio for barbecues and picnic-style eating.

Compared to hotel/motel accommodations downtown, this Marina District Flat has extras like formal living room with fireplace, formal dining room, in-unit laundry, kitchen to prepare meals, free wireless, and other comforts of home! If you want to hang out together at night, you have the option of lounging around your own private living room with kitchen for late-night snacks!

And you'll also want want to hang out in the hip, vibrant Marina District neighborhood just up the block from your temporary digs! Restaurants, shopping, night life, shopping for everything from toiletries at Walgreen's to accessories at the Apple store, to the latest fashions in boutique shops.

Rates subject to change without notice.

What makes this condo unique

This flat is within walking distance of just about everything you need and public transportation to everywhere else! Running along the Bay with the Golden Gate Bridge in view is unparallelled. Shopping on Chestnut Street is 2 blocks and Union Street shopping is 6 blocks.

Perfect Flat in Marina District

  • 5 of 5

A co-worker and I were visiting San Francisco for Dreamforce conference and were lucky enough to stay in this Flat. It was very spacious with two large bedrooms which gave us plenty of privacy. Located two blocks from the waterfront and marina. Lots of great restaurants on Chestnut and very easy to request Uber pickup. Highly recommend this Flat!

Great property in a great neighborhood. Few blocks from the bay with great views of the bridge and a few blocks from neighborhood bars and restaurants. Very quite and safe. flat is charming and well maintained. Garage is a bonus. Much better than a hotel room for about the same price.

Great place to stay for families

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay here. The apartment is very spacious with two full size rooms and full kitchen, lounge and dining. It has a real character feel and the location is very convenient a short walk to chestnut St shops and restaurants. We found is a great base to see San Fran we both drove and caught the bus from stop nearby.

Great apartment - exactly what we were after

  • 5 of 5

A friend and I travelled to San Francisco to enjoy a bit of golf over a few days. This apartment was perfect - centrally located, nice restaurants within walking distance and anything we need from the shops was convenient. The apartment was a great size and was way more than large enough for just the two of us. Would highly recommend for those looking for something clean and convenient in the area.
