We LOVED this unit so much. Perfect location. Room was fabulous! Will definitely stay again if available next year. Clean again perfect location for us. Loved being able to wake up seeing the beautiful beach and gulf from the bed or walk unto the balcony and enjoy the breeze! The Island Inn has a great pool, of course Rick's Tiki Bar. There are also grills available for cooking fresh fish. Location is key for us. Right around the corner from St Pete's., Pass A Grille, down the road from Clearwater etc.
That was the worst place of our entire life we stayed. And we are not young. Dust, rust, mold and dust again. All the building is dirty ! Bad mattress. When we opened the door, we were smashed by a bad odour that never disappeared. No welcoming word in the condo and 3 days before leaving, we received an email that telling us to clean the condo, remove and dispose the food from the refrigerator, remove the trash .... never, never we received that kind of request. That is very rude for the client. itrip vacations.... never again !
That condo was the worst place we rent of our entire life. And we are not young ! Dust, rust, stain, mold and dust again every where. When we opened the door, we were smash by the bad odour that never disappeared. Taking a look under your socks and you'll see that it's been a long long time that the floor has not been washed ! Bad mattress. No welcoming word and for the first time, we received an email 3 days before we leave, asking us to wash dishes, clean the condo, remove and dispose all food and drink from the refrigerator, remove all trash, put the towels in a pile on the floor and ..... That is very rude for the client. Don't forget stay away !!!!!
I loved our room! The kitchenette was so convenient. I loved how big the room was. We never felt cramped. The view from the balcony was super and the view of the marina out the front door was pretty awesome too. The beds were so comfortable. Personally, I would prefer a couch or loveseat instead of the table and chairs but I'm sure others prefer the table. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
This place was great, the room was clean and roomy and the view was amazing! It is everything you need to have a great beach vacation. I will use them again!
The unit is a little run down. Needs paint, freshening up It felt worn down. Everything worked fine. Some issues with front desk confusion over our rental. (although not renting from hotel, that is where you get the keys.) View is great. It was nice to have beach chairs - and a lounge type chair would be a nice addition.
