Stay at one of the only two bedroom suites at the Island Inn Resort.
This large beachfront condo joins two separate staterooms into one single space. The entire condo has been recently remodeled with all new furniture and bedding, and is fully updated with everything you'll need. This special room combination makes for an outstanding family vacation spot, or a spacious room for two. Staying here gives you two of the premier Island Inn Studios, with two private beachfront balconies, two full bathrooms, and a comfortable living room area with big screen TV. There's absolutely nothing else like it at the resort!
The master room combines the main kitchen area, with a dining table with room for six, and a king size bed overlooking the beach. The first balcony comes off from the sleeping area, and provides a private spot for relaxing, reading, sunbathing, people watching, or gazing out at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough kitchenware, pots, pans, and eating utensils to take care of a full house, and is beautifully decorated with new cabinetry, granite counter-tops, and stainless appliances.
The second room combines a comfortable full size bed, private bathroom, and a unique living room area with large very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and over-sized matching chair. There's plenty of room for all to relax in this area, and includes a large screen flat-panel TV and it's own walk-out beachfront balcony.
The Island Inn Resort is directly on the sand, with a fabulous beachfront heated swimming pool, Resort Tiki Bar, volleyball courts, and of course, the Gulf of Mexico out the back door. World famous Caddy's Beachfront bar is just a few minutes walk down the sand, and you can catch the trolley up to John's Pass Village right outside the front door. The Resort has its own dock on the Bay for fishing or pulling up your boat, and there are places to rent kayaks or Stand Up Paddleboards nearby.
The perfect place to spend your Florida vacation. Great value. Great area. Great vacation.

We were attending a gathering of 120 people. Most were staying in crowded, small rooms with 1 king or 2 double beds and one bathroom. This unit was 2 rooms with the adjoins door open. It was spacious enough for six adult women. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. The first bedroom had a full size refrigerator and a large table so we could all have our morning coffee together. Both rooms had patios facing the ocean. You can only enter through room 209, which meant disturbing anyone sleeping to get to the other room. It would be nice if the key unlocked both doors (208 & 209). A few basics missing would have been nice - wine glasses, plastic glasses & coffee filters. I plan on staying here again.
We stayed in room 209 at the Island Inn. The view was what we came for and it delivered. The rooms were well-equipped. My only negative would be that the king bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were very flat and the air conditioner was very noisy. I would readily stay there again though, along with my own pillow from home. :) We ate dinner at Ricky T's and the VIP lounge; in spite of good reviews, we found the good to be mediocre, but, very affordable. We also ate at Bubba Gumps in John's Pass. We found food there to be better and John's Pass is so quaint and charming. The beach was gorgeous and since that's what we came for, our expectations were definitely met. I do think that the room rates shown online were deceiving because the rate, although shown as being lower than other properties, comes out to be quite a bit higher when you add in processing fees, damage deposit, cleaning and taxes.
We could not have had a better place to stay on the west coast of Florida! There was plenty of room for my 3 teenage sons, my fiancé and myself. Everthing was nice, clean and very comfortable. The Island Inn staff was great and everyone we met was friendly. I would stay again if going too Florida.
Bang for the buck couldnt get any closer than this to the beach. Quiet hotel for being right next to busy road. The tiki bar was a nice plus had a nice time enjoying the music. Nice uncrowed beach. Onlt negative thing was ppl park right in front of ur room and under ur room. The view would have been much better from a higher floor. Other than that a very affordable place for thr money to be right on the beach.
Really enjoyed this condo and the place was really pretty. All updated furniture and appliances. Very well kept and cleaned. Had everything we needed. The area was really pretty as well. Loved the amenities that were close. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to others!
