Stay at one of the only two bedroom suites at the Island Inn Resort.
This large beachfront condo joins two separate staterooms into one single space. The entire condo has been recently remodeled with all new furniture and bedding, and is fully updated with everything you'll need. This special room combination makes for an outstanding family vacation spot, or a spacious room for two. Staying here gives you two of the premier Island Inn Studios, with two private beachfront balconies, two full bathrooms, and a comfortable living room area with big screen TV. There's absolutely nothing else like it at the resort!
The master room combines the main kitchen area, with a dining table with room for six, and a king size bed overlooking the beach. The first balcony comes off from the sleeping area, and provides a private spot for relaxing, reading, sunbathing, people watching, or gazing out at the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sunsets. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough kitchenware, pots, pans, and eating utensils to take care of a full house, and is beautifully decorated with new cabinetry, granite counter-tops, and stainless appliances.
The second room combines a comfortable full size bed, private bathroom, and a unique living room area with large very comfortable queen size sleeper sofa and over-sized matching chair. There's plenty of room for all to relax in this area, and includes a large screen flat-panel TV and it's own walk-out beachfront balcony.
The Island Inn Resort is directly on the sand, with a fabulous beachfront heated swimming pool, Resort Tiki Bar, volleyball courts, and of course, the Gulf of Mexico out the back door. World famous Caddy's Beachfront bar is just a few minutes walk down the sand, and you can catch the trolley up to John's Pass Village right outside the front door. The Resort has its own dock on the Bay for fishing or pulling up your boat, and there are places to rent kayaks or Stand Up Paddleboards nearby.
The perfect place to spend your Florida vacation. Great value. Great area. Great vacation.
The property was exactly as pictured and the view was absolutely amazing. I would be happy to visit again and would not hesitate o recommend to friends.
We had a good vacation, plenty of room. 2 bathrooms is a huge plus. Beach access was great, including outdoor showers to wash off sand. For the money, the room was very good. A couple minor things, but they were taken care of quickly.
Will likely be back next year.
I personally would prefer to have furniture in which you could wipe off, like leather ect. the brown couch was torn and dirty. loved the beach location and the laid back atmosphere. I noticed the front white doors all needed cleaned. The staff was friendly, there was painting on the exterior going on which is needed. one day we asked to Kayak but couldn't because the person who had the key wasn't there. Then the kids wanted to bike and had to wait for these to be unlocked also ( 2 hours). The lobby reminded me of an automobile oil change waiting room with both the aroma and the style of furniture. But with all that said you cant beat the location and the price
This is the second time we have stayed in Suite 209 at the Island Inn. Our family really enjoys staying here! The beach is beautiful and not crowded, the pool is warm and we love to cook out on the grills. This is so close to everything! The view from the balconies is just so relaxing. If you are looking for a great place to rent with a great price then this is your place!! We will be back!!
Excited about our stay at the Island Inn we arrived 10 minutes early than our scheduled 4 p.m. check in and the girl at front desk wasn't very pleasant. I'll excuse her rudeness because we were excited to start our two week vacation. The unit was exactly how it was described online. The view was spectacular from both balconies. This unit would be perfect for a young family, not a family with four young adults. The full size bed and hide a bed weren't very comfortable for them. The cook top only has two burners and the nobs were hard to turn. The unit comes with three beach chairs, one of them should be replaced, along with a beach umbrella which was nice to have for shade down by the ocean. The area was nice because it wasn't crowded on the beach. Other areas on Treasure Island were quite crowded so it was nice not being on top of other people trying to enjoy the water and beach. Only cons would be that it was a little tight with six adults and we had to deal with the painters at this time. If you want to enjoy the pool you'll have to deal with people that are also enjoying the Tiki bar. Would recommend to a family with young children not young adults. Good value for the price.
We loved Suite 209 at Island Inn!!! The unit was exactly as described. It was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need, including beach towels, chairs and toys! This unit is 2 studios combined so it would be great for a small family where the kids have their own space. It would also be good for 2 couples to share, but 1 of the beds is a little small. We had a great time and will definitely rent this unit again!!
