|Minimum Stay||3 - 7 nights|
All new inside, this two room condo brings you everything for a perfect family vacation.
We've taken two incredible beachfront studios and converted them into one flowing unit. Why settle for the confines of a single studio, when you can expand into two?
The entire West facing wall is a big window facing the Gulf, and with two full size balconies to enjoy, you won't run out of room for sunset watching, people watching, dolphin watching, or simply relaxing. The condo feels open and airy, and has premium new tile throughout, for a clean and cool feel.
Open up the inside doors and enjoy a beachfront living room area, with large comfortable pull out leather couch and a soft wonderful reading chair. The main room has a new, beautiful solid wood king size bed, and the second room features a queen size bed with a second queen size bed in the upgraded-mattress pull out sofa. Plenty of room for six, with multiple closet space for longer stays. The two full bathrooms are well appointed, and are completed with plenty of upgraded bath and beach towels for your use. Close off the doors, and you have two separate private areas if needed.
The kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator and two burner stove, and there are free gas-grills along the beach for your additional cooking needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, flatware, coffee maker, toaster and blender. The building has a large laundry room, as well as complementary coffee and tourist information available. Just across the street, we have a private dock on the bay for guests where you can pull up to on your boat, or spend a few hours with your fishing pole.
There is free high-speed WiFi service throughout, so you won't miss a beat, and with two large flat-screen TV's, with DVD, you're fully connected while you listen to the soft lapping of the Gulf of Mexico waters. The soft sugary sand is about the best you can find on the island, and the warm water will invite you in and wash away all your daily stress. What a great way to get away!
Our trip was not ruined by our room, it was ruined by Hermine , the room was pretty nice, could use a few more updates to make it better but over all a nice place to stay. The view is priceless , it's so close to the beach and the balcony is in a perfect position to enjoy it all. The beds are nice and linens are clean, the floor however isn't being cleaned properly , as it turned my feet black on day one. I'd give this place a rate of 8 out of 10
There is not better beach access from a hotel on Treasure Island. I feel the price was reasonable for our 2 room condo, but don't expect luxury. The couch was ripped, the towels and sheets not great quality, and our feet were black from the dirty tile floor. That said, we will stay there again. The location is fantastic and we weren't in the room that much to begin with. The pool was very nice too. I recommend this property as long as you understand it is not luxurious.
Condo was just as described. Kids enjoyed all the beach stuff provided. Easy to find and quiet at night. If you are just looking for a nice relaxing time on the beach without all the bustle of the more tourist heavy places this is it. Was a nice calm down coming from Disney.
My family and I decided it was time for a vacation, well actually our first ever family vacation. So at the last moment I googled places to stay with kids. Treasure Island popped up along with activities and walking destinations. But there was hardly anything available that wasn't over 2k for a whole week. And then I stumbled across this place. There were 4 of us so the extra space and 2 bedrooms/bathrooms was much needed!
Upon arriving we were checked in and the receptionist was very friendly. When we got to our room it looked beautiful! It's a renovated 2 studio apartment. The decor and furnishings fit the beach theme and everything looked nice. Its on floor 3 so you get an awesome view of the ocean from your room, dolphins included! The only drawback was that the ceiling light tube was broken as well as the lamp in the main room, so it was pretty dim at night. And the stove top is cracked so it took forever to heat anything up and smelled very hot. We had to ditch of frozen foods. We did email the owners and they apologized for the inconvenience. The laundry room is good and the services are as well. Also, the room is well stocked with goodies! There were fans, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, extra blankets, and cleaning supplies! This is so convenient!
You're right on beautiful white soft sand with tons of seashells. If you have a little one they will love this destination! We spent all 5 days at the beach enjoying the 88 degree weather (we're from Northern Michigan so this heat was much needed!)
I will most definitely be coming back to stay again. I loved the location! If you're looking for a great place to eat, go to the Floridian and super scoops ice cream! They were repeat stops for us!
Thank you so much for stay! Can't wait to come back!
Beach towels and beach chairs to use. Great location. Nice having two bathrooms.
My wife and I and our three kids just spent a week at this unit and we thought that it was great. The pictures on the website very accurately show what it really looks like (I have to admit that I was skeptical that the view would be as nice as the pictures on the website, but I was very pleasantly surprised). The lobby area of the building was small and kind of dated looking, but they had free coffee and tea 24 hours a day. The kitchen was small, but certainly adequate for us to prepare meals, although having only two burners on the cooktop requires a little bit of juggling. The location was very convenient -- Publix supermarket less than half a mile away, a 7-11 a few hundred yards away, and a lot of restaurants within a 10 - 15 minute drive. Busch Gardens was about a 40 minute ride. Another pleasant surprise was the lack of crowds at Busch Gardens. We went on a Tuesday and there were no lines at all for any of the rides, even the most popular roller coasters. (By the way, if you plan to go to Busch Gardens, you can get pretty good discounts if you buy tickets through AAA.) The beach was beautiful and, at low tide, the sand by the waters edge was great for jogging -- hard and flat. Highlight of the week -- we were in the water one day and four dolphins swam by less than 20 yards from where we were swimming.
