This is a perfect place for your honeymoon or family reunion with its easy access to the Kona Coast, where you can swim and snorkel with sea turtles. While the property offers parking for a vehicle, you're only a 10 minute stroll to town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Outback Steakhouse, Kona Coast Resort, Bubba Gump Shrimp, and the locally famous Huggo's Restaurant Bar/Grill are just around the corner. This south-facing unit is close to everything but without the city noise!

The unit comes complete with a washer/dryer, flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, cable TV, DVD, and stereo. The kitchen is fully stocked with the appliances (including rice cooker and crock pot), dishes and cookware needed to whip up your favorite meals. A dishwasher and ice-maker are included in the kitchen appliances.

Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds with flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms. The unit also provides a pull-out queen-sized sofa bed in the living room, and a full 3rd bathroom off the kitchen. All linens are provided, as well as a cooler and beach chairs for your excursions to the beach.

The unit has A/C in both bedrooms, which may not be needed -- thanks to 5 ceiling fans (3 inside and 2 on the lanai). There are 3 sliding glass doors to access the lanai -- one from family room and one from each of the bedrooms. The lanai also offers outdoor seating and an eating area.

Kona Pacific is one of the few complexes that has an elevator, and there are a limited number of rentals on the property, which makes this unique and quiet location. Please note that this is a COMPLETELY NON-SMOKING COMPLEX. Reserved parking is provided.

The property has a beautiful pool and club house, complete with microwave and small fridge. The pool deck has 3 gas grills..nothing like the smell of a BBQ!

Why Blake & Wayne chose Kailua-Kona

In making our decision to purchase this unit, we investigated all of the condominium complexes along Alii Drive and the Kailua-Kona area. We found this property to be the best located (a short walk into town but without town noise) with great on-site property management, well maintained (and immaculate) grounds, a beautiful pool, underground parking (keeps car cool) and new tile/paint/elevators throughout the common areas.

It's your home away from home!!

Clean and quiet complex. Other tenants are very respectful and strictly observes the quiet hours. Prompt and very good communication with the owner. The unit got everything you need from meal preparation, comfort and relaxation, to your beach outing gears. Walking distance to the activities in Kailua kona and It's a strategic staging point for your driving trip to the south, east and north ends of the island.

Just one suggestion though, on the check-in instruction, a layout sketch of the building and parking space would be helpful especially if guests arrive at night.

Quiet with location

Great location for exploring the Big Island. Easy walking to open air market and shopping district of Kailua. Nice pool and BBQ facilities. Unit was reasonably stocked and had beach chairs, umbrella boggie boards and snorkel gear for use. Quiet location and just a Hop, skip and jump from the Royal Kona and the luau.

Nicely outfitted

This condo is nicely stocked with everything one could need for the beach: coolers, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The condo itself is in nice condition. The third full bath is a major plus, as is the huge lanai with partial ocean views (and a seeminly resident gecko). The location is also excellent. One can easily walk to everything downtown Kailua Kona has to offer. Highly recommended!

Excellent

A great stay in an excellent property. Close enough to walk everywhere without being in the constant noise and bustle along Ali'i Drive. Very well appointed apartment with easy access, straightforward arrival and departure arrangements, and excellent WIFI. Will look forward to staying at the Kona Pacific again next time we are in Kona. Very many thanks.

Great Location, would stay again

Condo is in an amazing location! Less than a 10 minute walk into the heart of downtown Kailua-Kona. Condo was spacious with well stocked kitchen. Closet was full of necessary items for beach outings (i.e. beach chairs, towels, cooler, snorkels). We did wish the condo had full AC at times when it was particularly humid. There are individual units in the two bedrooms, but none in the living room. There were plenty of fans which were perfect for sleeping at night. However the ceiling fan in the living room did not work, the floor fan that was in there was squeaky so we tried to switch it out with one of the fans in a bedroom closet but that one didn't work. We took a fan from the master bedroom that did work and was quiet. Great WIFI. The beds were comfortable but my mother said the pillows in the master were really flat, mine were fine in the other bedroom. But might be time to replace some is all. Overall we had a great time and the unit was perfect for what we needed and we'd gladly stay here again.
