|Minimum Stay||2 - 5 nights|
Steps from our door is the historic St. Charles streetcar line that can escort you to the University area located uptown, or downtown to the French Quarter. This condo is one of 2 that we own and rent in the same building. There may be other units available as well.
**Must be at least 25 years old to rent**

We are world wide travelers that enjoy the art of hosting. Providing a positive and memorable experience is an art!
If you want to be away from the action, yet still have it be extremely accessible, then this is the location for you.
Our off street parking gives you piece of mind. Parking tickets start at $40, and parking in the French Quarter can cost you more than that nightly. The St. Charles streetcar line is less than 1 block from the condo. For $1.25 you can quickly get to the French Quarter or uptown towards Tulane and Loyola Universities. Travel has never been more convenient!
I'm so glad we chose to stay here instead of in a hotel. The owners were very helpful and the space was very clean and cozy - more like staying at a friend's house than a hotel. It's steps away from the Fresh Market, where you can buy organic groceries and cook some "real" food while on vacation. It's also a few steps from the Louisiana stop on the St. Charles Streetcar line. Getting to Magazine Street, the French Quarter, and the Audubon Park were all very easy from this location. We also loved just walking around the neighborhood and checking out the old mansions, Lafayette No. 1 cemetery, and the beautiful gardens. The next time we come to New Orleans, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.
This condo unit was in an ideal location, a mere two blocks from the trolley stop. It sits at the edge of a more run-down part of town, but we always felt safe because of the locked gate. While small, the unit had everything we needed and when we had a question, Brandon was quick to respond. He even gave us suggestions for restaurants. It poured the entire three days we were there, but it didn't stop us from enjoying NOLA. The city had been without rain for 41 days, so we couldn't complain. The trolley was wonderful. We only used our car a couple of times, and just in the immediate area. We loved Upperline, Jacque Imo's, and Another Broken Egg. Take the trolley to the French Quarter; it's wonderful not to worry about parking. Also take it to the end of the line, past Loyola and Tulane and the most amazingly beautiful houses. We will continue to stay in the Garden District.
The best thing about the condo was it was a couple blocks from Magazine street which had great food and drinks. It was kind of like Bourbon without the crowd. In addition the walk to Magazine was amazing with all the New Orleans style houses and the cemetery. Did I mention there was a 24hr McDonalds next to the condo. Uber plus the Street car made it easy to get around.
Neat,clean place to stay. Good location in proximity to the streetcar and garden district restaurants. Quiet street in good neighborhood. The host was easy to work with and actually went out of his way one evening to bring us a key when we lost the key to the condo. The only bad thing to say as mentioned in other reviews is NO WATER PRESSURE. I think maybe the shower head needs changing out? Really like the garden district area for a first time visit as we usually stay in the quarter.
We loved staying at this condo in New Orleans. The location was great and the condo was clean and very comfortable for 2 people. I would recommend this place and would stay here again on future visits to New Orleans.
We were extremely pleased with the rental, and with Brandon the owner. The photos accurately depict the property except that it is actually larger than it looks online. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, well-equipped, and in an excellent location. It was our first time in New Orleans, and we were looking for a quiet place to stay. The rental is in a residential neighborhood but very close to the streetcar line. By walking just a block, we were able to take the trolley to the more lively areas and then return home to quiet surroundings. We explored the French Quarter, the Cemetery, Magazine Street, the Aquarium, rode the Canal Street Ferry, and ate at Joey K's Restaurant which was featured in "Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives" - all without a car. The streetcar system is very convenient and reasonably priced. Brandon was great at communication! He answered all phone calls and emails promptly. We highly recommend this property and would rent it again, if we were ever back in New Orleans. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed!
Nice meeting you Brandin and thanks for the amenities. We'll definitely book again on next trip to Nola
