Steps from our door is the historic St. Charles streetcar line that can escort you to the University area located uptown, or downtown to the French Quarter. This condo is one of 2 that we own and rent in the same building. Both units are located on the second floor. There may be other units available as well.

What makes this condo unique

Our off street parking gives you piece of mind. Parking tickets start at $40, and parking in the French Quarter can cost you more than that nightly. The St. Charles streetcar line is less than 1 block from the condo. For $1.25 you can quickly get to the French Quarter or uptown towards Tulane and Loyola Universities. Travel has never been more convenient!

I'm so glad we chose to stay here instead of in a hotel. The owners were very helpful and the space was very clean and cozy - more like staying at a friend's house than a hotel. It's steps away from the Fresh Market, where you can buy organic groceries and cook some "real" food while on vacation. It's also a few steps from the Louisiana stop on the St. Charles Streetcar line. Getting to Magazine Street, the French Quarter, and the Audubon Park were all very easy from this location. We also loved just walking around the neighborhood and checking out the old mansions, Lafayette No. 1 cemetery, and the beautiful gardens. The next time we come to New Orleans, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Very comfortable stay

Stayed for Jazz fest. We had a death in the family and Brandon was very accommodating to adjust our days. The location is great if you prefer to be in a more quiet location but close enough to get places. Nice sampling of coffee and other condiments on site. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Great place!

This is a wonderful apartment and a perfect location. Everything we needed! The owners take care in stocking the apartment. And walking distance to so many restaurants on Magazine Street and St. Charles, and just a short block from the St. Charles Streetcar. We couldn't have been happier!

Great location near the St Charles trolley

Very comfortable apartment with great location. Wonderful shopping and restaurants nearby on Magazine. One block walk to the trolley and easy check in process. We had a great time in the Big Easy!

Excellent location for Mardi Gras

My husband & I were in NOLA for Mardi Gras 2017. Brandon's condo was just perfect for the 2 of us. Walked one block to St. Charles & the parade route. Reserved parking spot was a big plus during this crowded time of year. Brandon left a welcome bag with lots of fun throws in it & graciously allowed us late check out.

Great condo in a perfect location

My husband and I spent 2 nights here (way too short) and really enjoyed our stay. The condo has everything you need and is very clean. Two minor issues: the shower head has poor water pressure because only about half of the water goes to the hand held and the rest keeps coming out of the tub spout below. The other suggestion is to change check in and check out to one hour later. We felt rushed in the morning trying to get out by 10:00.

In any case, we will definitely stay here again next time we're in New Orleans. Hopefully the plumbing issue in the shower will be resolved.
