Steps from our door is the historic St. Charles streetcar line that can escort you to the University area located uptown, or downtown to the French Quarter. This condo is one of 2 that we own and rent in the same building. Both units are located on the second floor. There may be other units available as well.

If you want to be away from the action, yet still have it be extremely accessible, then this is the location for you.

What makes this condo unique

Our off street parking gives you piece of mind. Parking tickets start at $40, and parking in the French Quarter can cost you more than that nightly. The St. Charles streetcar line is less than 1 block from the condo. For $1.25 you can quickly get to the French Quarter or uptown towards Tulane and Loyola Universities. Travel has never been more convenient!

I'm so glad we chose to stay here instead of in a hotel. The owners were very helpful and the space was very clean and cozy - more like staying at a friend's house than a hotel. It's steps away from the Fresh Market, where you can buy organic groceries and cook some "real" food while on vacation. It's also a few steps from the Louisiana stop on the St. Charles Streetcar line. Getting to Magazine Street, the French Quarter, and the Audubon Park were all very easy from this location. We also loved just walking around the neighborhood and checking out the old mansions, Lafayette No. 1 cemetery, and the beautiful gardens. The next time we come to New Orleans, I will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Perfect Location - Comfortable Condo!

We stayed at Brandon & Larissa's Garden District condo the last week of September 2017. We loved it! The location is perfect for everything we wanted to do and the bed was so comfortable! The condo is located one block from the St. Charles trolley. For 40 cents a ride (senior rate) we went to the French Quarter twice, the World War II Museum (fabulous), and many fine restaurants, music venues, and museums. The condo is located a block from a fine grocery and about 6 blocks from Magazine Street where there are restaurants and shops. We spent a total of $4.80 for transportation the three full days we were in New Orleans. In the late afternoons, we loved to walk in the Garden District where there are many beautiful old homes and mansions. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. Brandon and Larissa are extremely knowledgeable of New Orleans and gave us many fine tips of where to eat, what to see, and what to do. We are so pleased with the accommodations and the attention that Brandon and Larissa provided. If you are traveling to New Orleans, this is the place to stay.

Great 1 bedroom condo in the garden district!

Awesome location just a block away from the streetcar, and a few blocks away from the garden district walking tour homes. Condo was clean & well stocked...just like it appears in the photos.

Great Location

Nice apartment half a block from St. Charles. One block from a wonderful grocery store. Apartment was well equipped for those who like to cook. Brandon was very responsive and helpful. We would return to the apartment.

Very comfortable stay

Stayed for Jazz fest. We had a death in the family and Brandon was very accommodating to adjust our days. The location is great if you prefer to be in a more quiet location but close enough to get places. Nice sampling of coffee and other condiments on site. Clean and comfortable. Would stay again.
