About this property

Close to Newfound Lake And ski and snowmobile trails in the winter! Cozy!!

Set in a family oriented neighborhood with a large park across the street, and less than 2 miles to Newfound Lake and close proximity to ski areas and snowmobile trails! Just a 5 minute walk to town and to our quaint shops and eateries. Bristols activity brochure is included in the units binder. Only 6 miles west off I-93. Ice fishing is big on Newfound Lake, as long as the weather cooperates!! Beautiful mountains surround us. We are located about 20 miles west of Lake Winnipesaukee and all of THEIR amenities!
And we pack 'em right in when Laconia Bike week comes around in June! Kelly Park has a tennis and basketball court, as well as a playground, 2 baseball fields and lots of running space. During July and August, there are concerts near the playscape every Thursday night (weather permitting) If you're here during 4th of July....the parade passes right by the Airb&b! The unit is on the 1st floor of an historic home that once housed a Maternity home....good vibes!! It still has some of its century old charm, with fairly large rooms and large eat in kitchen. Sit out on the porch and relax!! Good sized back yard to throw a ball around.

Nice Location
This property is within walking distance to many small shops. The property manager was very polite and responsive during the entire process. The only downside to the property that was not fully understood is there is an upstairs neighbor that you share the house with, and you can hear each other moving around. Overall, the house was nice considering the age.
