This was the first home my wife and I (Tatiana & Scott) bought soon after we were married - we love this property, and are excited to share it with visitors from abroad - we both have an entertainment background, and Tatiana now has the honor of being a Stay at Home Mom to our 3 wonderful children (another is already out of the house), while Scott brings home the bacon as a Luxury Estates Residential Realtor, working hard each day so he can get home to spend time with the family.
So close to Universal Studios! Perfect for entertainment industry folks as it is close to the major studios like Disney, Warner Brothers, Universal, etc.. If you are visiting family, we are in Toluca Lake, and border Studio City, Burbank, Universal City, Hollywood! The Aqua Vista is as cute as can be, cozy, fully furnished, tons of Spanish character, and was put together with loving care by my wife (Tatiana). Also close to the best theme parks, transportation, all Hollywood has to offer, restaurants, and so much more.

We stayed at this location based off of its proximity to Universal Studios. We were very happy with the room. It had everything we needed.
This property was very clean, quiet and well appointed. We stayed here on a family trip to Universal and it worked perfectly for us. We were able to walk an easy six blocks to the Universal shuttle which takes you up the hill to the front of the venue. My son, his wife, and my grandson stayed in the upstairs unit while we had the lower front unit. The patio was nice, not huge and it is shared by the three units and only has one table so there might be an issue if everyone wanted to have meals outside. My husband spent the days at the property and only saw the other renters once. You should be advised that the units are small. The couch makes into the additional beds. The bed in our unit was in an alcove with zero clearance on one side and about a foot on the other so if you were a large person or physically handicapped, getting in bed might be a challenge. Our kitchen was larger than the upstairs unit but their living space was somewhat larger. There is no dishwasher so if you're planning to do a lot of cooking, you'll be hand washing dishes. We just used paper plates for our breakfasts and ate out the rest of the time. Directv is provided with plenty of choices although being from Northern CA and huge Giants fans we were disappointed that we couldn't see the games. We found several sodas, beers, and water in the fridge and coffee provided to use with the Keurig coffee maker. Our favorite evening snack, popcorn, was provided as well. I found everything I needed or might have forgotten in the bathroom. The rental is tucked away on a dead end street so there is virtually no traffic although there is some business next door and the helicopters and small planes bothered us some in the mornings. One thing I really liked was no keys required for the doors or gate into the property. They use a numerical key pad and Scott provides you with a code that can be changed remotely. We didn't receive our code by email until we arrived but Scott took care of that glitch quickly and then called to make sure all was well. All in all we found this to be a very nice alternative to a high rise hotel. My kids had stayed here before so obviously they were well pleased with this rental. I will certainly consider it if we come to Universal again.

my husband was working in California for three weeks. We chose this apartment because it was about a 10-20 minute drive to work and about 20-30 minutes to my daughter's home. We found the apartment very clean and well appointed. The owners were very responsive with the few glitches we had in settling in. It is a very compact efficient living space. I made dinner almost every night and found the kitchen, though small, very well organized and equipped. The bed was comfy and the living area well organized and cozy. Little touches like the books and maps made it seem like a home. I especially enjoyed the patio. In addition there was a washer and dryer just off the patio. We found this a very comfortable functional space to live in for three weeks. We look forward to staying again when he works in California
The location couldn't be better for being close to the studios. Never had a problem with the street parking. Scott wax always prompt in answering questions. While compact, the owners really thought about everything. Will definitely stay here again!
My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at Aqua Vista. The place is just as described, relaxing and quiet. Location is very convenient with many dining options close by as well as easy highway access. Street parking was always available right out front. We would recommend to anyone ..... and I loved the shower too!

Can't get any more central than us... south of the 134 freeway, south/east of the 101 freeway, in Toluca Lake, and bordering Studio City, Universal City and North Hollywood (No-Ho Art's District).
