This is a lockoff, meaning it may be split to be a one bedroom corner oceanfront unit with full kitchen, or a studio unit kitchenette, each with a separate locked entrance. Contact us for rates for the one bedroom or studio.

There are only 24 oceanfront corner units in the entire WKORV development, so these units are not offered in Westin's own rental inventory. You will pay a higher cost but get only a lesser island view unit if you rent from Westin. Email and we will send you more detailed info on the layout of the complex.

We are a family who live in Northern California and love to visit Maui. We enjoy it so much we own two two bedroom lockoff units (each of which can be split into studio and one bedroom) at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resorts Villas in Maui, Hawaii.

As they say, 'Maui No Ka Oi' or Maui is the best. We go there almost every year, and the Westin has the nicest combination of location, family amenities, and quality of experience. And kicking back and watching the sunsets at this OCEANFRONT unit, with views of Lanai and Molokai in the distance can not be beat. Go once and you will agree.
We enjoy Maui and Westin properties so much we bought more than one unit, all oceanfront, at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas. The units are studio, one bedroom, or combined as two bedroom lockoffs.
One of the 2 bedroom units is a deluxe oceanfront middle unit (so both the studio and the one bedroom have their own balconies facing the ocean). The other 2 bedroom unit is a deluxe corner oceanfront unit which can be used for Christmas week every year or most other weeks.
Oceanfront unit. Being a timeshare this is much larger than a hotel room and has many more amenities. Convenient in unit kitchen and washer dryer. Large flat screen television. Bose radio. Wifi included. Large lanai (balcony) to enjoy the sunsets. Managed by Westin, so quality is assured.
We stayed in a corner ocean front unit that had an excellent view of the ocean. The lanai was a nice size. Unit came with a washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, microwave, two burner electric stove and plenty of room in the unit itself. We were pleased to find out that Ted had not exaggerated anything about the unit and it was just as he had described. We would definitely rent again from Ted. It was very conveniently located to the workout center and the barbecues outside. We stayed in the ground unit and enjoy the proximity to the beach. Loved it!
We loved your unit. It truly had the best view out of the whole property. We loved seeing and listening to the ocean. We also loved the the pool, the beach, and the large balcony off of your villa. We ate breakfast out there several mornings.
We also thought it was so close to everything. We watched the fireworks from the beach in Lahina which was really fun. We loved Taco Tuesday happy hour at Lalani's. They make the best fish tacos. Honolulu bay (north of the villas) had wonderful snorkeling. We actually saw boats pull up there and let snorkelers off, but we just drove the short distance and snorkeled out from the shore.
Like you recommended, we stopped at Costco. It was a great place to get some food, drinks and boogie boards for the week. We bought some burgers and grilled out by the pool a few times. It was wonderful having a kitchen and a washer and dryer. So much better than staying in a hotel room. We would definitely rent this property again from you in the future!
We are a family of three (two adults and a 19 year old girl) and we just returned from Maui. We spent a week in this ocean-front one-bedroom unit at the Westin Ocean Resort and Villas and we had an excellent time. This was our third time at the resort but the first time in an ocean-front and the experience was incredible. The unit is larger than most of the other ones in the resort, the lanai is also much bigger and the views from it are spectacular. We spent easily 3-4 hours on the balcony every day (mornings and evenings especially). I can not describe the sensations of sleeping with the door open and hearing the waves crashing on the shore; enjoying the early morning smell or sipping from a glass of wine at night on the lanai.
We always loved this resort but renting the ocean-front unit was the best decision we made for this past Christmas. A special thank you to the owner for being very helpful and accomodating during the booking process. We would definitely consider renting again.
My wife and I just returned from this awesome resort. The resort was incredible, and the villa was fantastic. We were literally "OceanFront", and had a great patio overlooking the Ocean and beach. Sometimes we left our patio door open at night (it had a screen door), so we could fall asleep listening to the waves crashing on the shore. If you rent, my reccomendation is that you get a unit that is "oceanfront" like this one. Other, more inexpensive option might be "ocean view", "pool view" or "island view", but the oceanFront is definitely worth the added cost.
Prior to our arrival, the owner sent an e-mail several pages long with all kinds of tips on where to go, restaurants, where the best snorkeling was, etc. Just ask them questions, they are very helpful.
The Westin Villas in Maui is an awesome property. This was an ocean front corner 1 BR unit rented during Christmas week. We were on the 5th floor. It was tastefully decorated and spotless with a full kitchen including W/D/DW and up to the Westin standard of excellence. The view from the large terrace was spectacular giving you unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Molokai and Lanai. We had multiple whale sightings every day. With the full kitchen we were able to food shop prior to arriving enabling us the option of saving on restaurant and beverage charges. You could also get food and drink around the pool. There were gas grills in the public areas for use as well. These were well maintained and clean. There were four of us staying at the property ( my wife and I, + 2 children age 17 and 21). Plenty of room for all but we did require a “rollaway” bed. I called the week prior to arriving and it was in the room when we arrived. Had dinner one night at Pulehu , the onsite Italian restaurant . It was excellent. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return in the future.

$500 deposit upon reservation. Balance due 120 days before checkin. In you need to cancel, I will try to rent the property to someone else. If rented to someone else for as much or more than you agreed to, then all you pay is a $500 cancellation fee. If rented to someone else for less, then you will owe the difference plus the $500. If not rented, then entire rent is nonrefundable.
