Enjoy this cozy, historic cottage that dates back to Park City's nostalgic silver mining era. Originally built in 1916 and remodeled in 2005, this quaint, comfortable home offers wonderful amenities and the perfect location for ski, hiking/biking, and relaxing getaways!
Situated at one of the BEST locations in Old Town; only a few easy steps to the PCMR Town Lift & Quitting Time ski run, as well as Park City's Historic Main Street. There are only a handful of homes with such an ideal Old Town location, offering the best of both worlds – walk (literally steps) to skiing, hiking & biking, shopping, restaurants, Sundance theaters, night life and the free city bus. No need for a rental car!
This home offers new, comfortable furnishings, luxury linens, wood burning stove, hardwood floors, one bedroom and an additional sleeping loft, one bath, and a well-appointed kitchen. Unique to this home for Old Town, is a large, private back yard complete with a garden, patio, and hot tub. During the summers of 2013 & 2014, Owner upgraded the bathroom, living room furnishings, beds, and patios and outdoor furnishings.

Recommend Park City Transportation from the Airport and walking from the house to the FREE bus and transit system for getting to locations other than Main Street and PCMR skiing, which are all steps from the house. Several Grocery delivery services are available.
The cabin is most comfortable for a family of four or less, however there is a queen sofa bed in the living room, stretching the accommodations to six.
Smoking is not permitted.
Pets are not permitted.
The property is perfect for parties without cars. Just about everything (skiing, hiking, biking, shops, restaurants, theaters, yoga shop, etc.) is walkable, including the free transit system and bus stop. Grocery delivery services are available. We have one parking guest pass for 1 automobile to park; however no garage. Therefore all parking is on the street, hopefully right in front of the house.
INCLUDED: sheets for all beds, down comforters, quilts, blankets; towels, hot tub towels, robes, hair dryer, flat iron, ironing board, iron, washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, slow cooker, tea kettle, ski racks on the back stoop, cable, HBO, Apple TV, wireless internet, printer, ipod/iphone/ipad player/charger, vacuum, key-less entry, telephone.
We moved to Park City from Northern California 20 years ago and quickly learned to enjoy everything Utah has to offer! We love the mountain lifestyle and being minutes from amazing ski resorts, with numerous biking and hiking trails in our backyard, and the convenience of an efficient international airport. Park City offers excellent restaurants & stores, quaint shopping with local shop owners, restaurants & coffee houses and and an excellent variety of local and professional performing art events, theater productions, and concerts at Eccles Center, Egyptian Theater, Sundance and Deer Valley. Not to mention the incredible views throughout the area!
We prefer to stay in private homes when we are on vacation and are committed to delivering a property that offers the comfort of being a guest in our "home" and at the same time the luxury, privacy, amenities and convenience of staying at a hotel. Just bring your clothes and equipment and enjoy!

We had the pleasure of living, working and raising our children in Park City for 20 years. There were 4 blocks in Old Town that always appealed to us due to the convenient, quiet location and ease of access to everything. When we found this cottage, which is in the middle of the 4 blocks, it’s history and appeal tugged at our hearts as the perfect opportunity to finally own a home in Old Town. We are pleased we can share its charm.
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Even though we are central to everything offered in OLD TOWN; it is just about as close as you can get, however very it is very quiet.
Thank you again for allowing us to stay at the cabin! It was a perfect spot, we absolutely loved the location and the cabin. You guys have thought out the hospitalities well, with the stocked “extras” in case you forget something and need a quick item. Nice touches that you just won’t get in any condo or top-rated hotel, that made us feel “at home” !!
I plan on contacting you for any of our Park City trips when we are just a few of us, thanks again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is right by the Town Lift with easy access to everywhere you might want to be. The house was well outfitted with anything you might want to cook with, and special items brought in fresh for us (milk, French bread, chocolates, etc). The rooms were comfortable and homey and everything was well maintained.
This was a great place to stay. Leanne thought of everything. We were able to park the car and walk to own, rent bikes, and, walk to Park city mountain for more summer activities.
We are just back from Park City and had a great time staying at this house. The proximity to the ski lifts and downtown can't get any better. The house is also very comfortable and we felt much more like we were staying in a home than in a rental property. Leanne was very responsive to our questions.
My two friends and I have been taking a guys trip for the past 4 years to various ski resorts in the Western United States (Big Sky, Aspen, and Breckenridge). This was by far our best experience to date, and Leanne's home was a big part of that. The location is great. Very short walk to the lift and even shorter coming come. Similar walk to Main Street, and very close to the High West Distillery. The hospitality was as good. You can tell Leanne cares about your stay with how she generously stocks the kitchen and responds quickly to any minor issues. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

This Old Town Cottage is beautifully and respectfully restored. We loved the comforts and quality of everything in the cottage. Three outside spaces made it wonderful to enjoy the fall weather. The cupboards were stocked with basics and a few surprises! We felt so welcome and comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful antique wood stove and used is daily to take the chill off the fall mornings. The bed was amazing and the entire home was clean and well equipped. It was exactly as described and more! Leanne was welcoming and in contact in case we needed her. We hope to stay there again!
