About Nicolle and Robert
We work hard ... But have no fear we play hard too! Whenever time allows, we can be found cooking up a fabulous concoction in the kitchen (red wine in hand) & we often share with our guests too;) or we may be out & about walking the rio grande with our THREE, four legged family: Bella, Buck and Hank ... On many occasions, we visit the plethora of dog friendly restaurant patio's and can often be found on our bikes headed to a new SW Adventure in The Land Of Enchantment. We absolutely love, love, love living in the south west & hope to share all of it's wonder & beauty with you! Robert & Nicolle

We would give it more stars, if we could. Nicolle is truly the best host ever, and we have had excellent hosts. Amazing views, immaculate, comfy beds, fully stocked. Great having coffee in the morning and watching the hot air balloons float by. Great having wine in the evening and watching the sunset reflect pink on the mountain and then star gazing. Nicolle had great recommendations for dinners out. We also made dinner and breakfasts at “home” and had everything we could possibly need, and then some. It was perfect! The only thing that you should be wary about is if you’ve never rented a vacation home before, you will never be satisfied with another rental, because Nicolle sets the bar so high. Thanks so much, Nicolle!
Our stay at this property was phenomenal. Nicolle's customer service and hospitality is TO NOTCH. She was always more than happy to assist with anything and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. The property was beautiful and impeccable. Super clean which is one of the major things we look for. The beds were fantastic we slept like babies! The kitchen was wonderfully stocked so you could prepare just about anything you set your mind to. The balcony and patios were wonderful addition as well, we spent a decent amount of our time there. Would recommend to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
Charming Rental with Beautiful Views....
We loved this property! Clean, charming, well stocked property with breathtaking views. Nothing better than sitting on the deck in the morning and watching the hot air balloons take off. One note is that the main living area and master bedroom are on the second floor. Owner was very available for questions and provided lots of brochures and ideas for things to do. Location was amazing....super close to everything. Stores and restaurants just minutes away. If you are in this area....check this property out, you will not be disappointed.
The perfect house
This house is in such a great location. Easy to travel around all over and just around the corner from World Balloon’s take off location. The hosts provide everything you can think of and are just a phone call away to answer any questions. This house was perfect for our mini family reunion. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Albuquerque.
From working out the rental details to the comfort & convenience of the property, I couldn’t be more satisfied with this experience.
Fabulous for families, particularly those who cook
A wonderful home with plenty of room, great spaces for lounging indoors and outdoors, and an incredibly well-equipped kitchen. Centrally located, close to grocery and other retail. Awesome views of the hot air balloons that flew every morning- sometimes 12 or more at once. Less than 2 miles to the Bosque area with great walking and biking trails. Don’t miss this gem. Hosts go out of their way on every detail to make you feel welcome.
