This efficient and tastefully appointed duplex replaces a home that was destroyed by fire. All local contractors and suppliers were used in the construction of their home.
The upper level of the residence, “The Guest House”, boasts two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and is fully furnished and nicely equipped for a short stay condo. The 1,267 square foot unit has a great room concept with a covered outdoor deck. A fully appointed kitchen & laundry facilities gives it all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay away from home.
Molly Ott own's The Riverenza Cafe and Gathering Hall which is located next to the Riverenza Guest House. The Ott family purchased the property in 2010 and completed construction of the Riverenza Guest House in the September of 2012.

The Riverenza Cafe and Gathering Hall host weddings, class reunions and many other gatherings. The Guest House is perfect for out of town guests who would like to be close to the event venue. The Guest hose is available to rent by the week or by the month.
This was a phenomenal place for us! Molly and Greg are excellent hosts. The guest house is gorgeous (like out of a magazine photo spread) and yet SO comfortable. We knew nothing about the area and were looking for a nice place to stay while we were exploring. Perfect! I would recommend this to anyone - just know that there is a flight of stairs to get up to the guest house. The cafe attached to their home is a wonderful plus! Thanks Molly and Greg!
We enjoyed our stay in this newly redone 2 bedroom, 2 full bath home (with master bath). My wife enjoyed the deep soaker tub. The home is very large for a 2 bedroom and is open concept. There is a nice deck off the living room; to enjoy the coffee bought next door in the coffee shop, owned by the owners. It is close to the center of town, but up the hill in a nice neighborhood. The coffee shop is in an rustic remodeled church building.
We would highly recommend this to people coming to this area.
Thanks Molly, for a great stay.
We (two couples) enjoyed a fantastic weekend wine tasting in the Gorge. Was fun to go beyond Hood River for this trip. Well worth it. The home is well appointed, clean, warm, and equipped with everything you need. Two bedrooms, and two bathrooms make for a perfect amount of personal space. The bathtubs in the bathrooms were spa deep and inviting and we all had plenty of hot water.
We cooked in one night, and ate at the local Thai restaurant (wonderful!) one night. Add Thai to your list; it rivaled the best Thai we've eaten in the Portland/Willamette Valley area.
We came here for our vacation in MT Hood area and wish we could have stayed a month , Molly was a very nice owner and the unit was incredible, nice bedrooms with all new comforters,, VERY CLEAN BATHS AND SHEETS , washer/dryer, this place is the best by far voted by all my friends who traveled with me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR OREGON OR MT HOOD TRIP!
Close to the Columbia River, and only 20 minutes to Hood River and world class wind surfing. The Mt Hood recreation area is within an hour drive. The Historic Mary Hill Museum is just across the river. The Columbia River Gorge area offers many hiking and biking trails. Local wineries abound.
