 This lovely and sunny holiday home is set on large block with a great paved area and a nice grassy area for the kids to play.

Inside there is open plan living kitchen and dining with a carpeted lounge area, flat screen TV and DVD player, Split system heating and cooling and CD player.  There is a central dining table and modern well equipped kitchen.  The kitchen has electric cooking and a microwave, with full cooking facilities.

The main bedroom is downstairs as well as the family bathroom, upstairs are the other 2 bedrooms with an additional toilet upstairs.  The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.  The property is fully fenced with ample off street parking.  There is a gas BBQ and outdoor setting in the paved garden area perfect for Summer BBQ's.

This is a lovely family friendly holiday home perfect for your next family holiday, weekend away or track events.  The track shuttle bus runs past the front door.

Quite nice, but not without flaws

We had a group of four stay here for a week. The location is convenient; the photos and description are accurate. We had an enjoyable stay, and would consider staying again. However, there were a couple of issues which were quite annoying and didn't get our holiday off to the best start:

- There are two wooden sliding doors - one to the upstairs balcony (from a bedroom) and one from the living room to the outdoor area. Both of these are in a state of disrepair, and as such are locked and unavailable for use. The downstairs door was merely inconvenient; the upstairs door meant that on hot nights we couldn't get much air through, and there is neither fan nor air-conditioner upstairs. I find it to be quite inappropriate for problems such as this (which appear to have been in that state for some time) to be left unrepaired.

- The barbeque was left quite dirty by the previous renters. The cleaning of some crockery and glasses also left something to be desired.
