We stayed here for three nights, it was very well appointed and conducive to our needs. They were three of us and definitely could have had more people in the home. Very clean and well laid out, and the owners were very responsive. We were in town for business and a little pleasure. Worked out well. Highly recommend!!
Relaxing retreat close to the town but also a great place to just relax.
We just loved this home and I can only say wonderful things about it. The floor plan is great with a master bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master has a private sitting room which has a pull out sofa if you need it. It also has a private, full bath.
I love that this house is a home, not just a house! We had looked at several rentals that were so cold and bare. This home is cozy and loved.
The beach is pretty close by, as is downtown Hyannis. We could walk to either with no problem at all.
The large back yard is private and has a great deck and a gas grill is available if you'd like.
There is wifi, a very nice television, cable, and movies (DVDs). These owners have really done everything to provide guests with the comforts of home.
There was absolutely nothing that we needed that was not there, and the owners were available by telephone if anything came up...I had a few questions about our stay.
Owners provided wonderfully detailed instructions, which I really appreciated.
Though my dad lives on the Cape, I plan to return to this home again, hopefully sooner than later.
Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing stay!!
This house has a great layout for an extended family with a master bedroom, bath and sitting area on the first floor and 3 bedrooms and bath on the 2nd floor. I loved the location, being able to walk to beaches, main street and the harbor area. The home is very spacious, comfortable, child friendly and had everything we needed. Fall is a great time to go down to the Cape.
The home was charming and convenient to restaurants, the beach and places of interest. The up-to-date kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and the living areas convivial. Some houses you rent are utilitarian; this is a home. I highly recommend it.
I spent a week in August 2011 at this great vacation home with my family and my brothers family. It was well appointed and very comfortable for four adults and four kids. It had everything we needed. The home is a short stroll to town or to the beach.
Hy-Line Cruises- high speed ferry service to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. The only mid-Cape departure point to both islands. Whale Watching and Deep Sea Fishing trips. Local fishermen sell fresh fish and lobsters at the docks. Pirate Adventures in Hyannis offers a interactive fun filled voyage on the Sea Gypsy-a kid favorite!! Cape Cod Melody Tent one of the oldest continuously operating tent centers for live entertainment. Cape Cod Duckmobiles! All this and so much more within walking distance from home.
