I love the location of the Loft. I used to go dance Tango in the milongas of Buenos Aires until dawn, have afternoon breakfast at the Café right downstairs from the apartment, walk to the rose garden with maté and medialunas, then go practice some tango, and start over. On vacation of course. I otherwise play an instrument called the bandoneon and focus on Argentine Tango music which is why I have this apartment. This apartment is my connection to the world of Tango and my place of inspiration.
As for the apartment itself, I always dreamed of a place with exposed brick walls and hardwood floors. The first time I saw it, I knew this was it. Modern, comfortable and there was something relaxing about it. Each time I arrive, it feels like coming home, grounding, and relaxing after spending a day in the busy city of Buenos Aires. It's also one of the few locations where you can just walk out the door and in one direction take the metro and be anywhere in the city in very little time, and walk in the other direction to escape the city, go jogging or spend time at the botanical garden, the Zoo, the horse race tracks (like Gardel), or the rose garden without having to take a bus, a cab, or a metro. Feels great!
This apartment is everything it appears to be in the pictures and more. I stayed here for 2 months with my best friend and it had plenty of space for both of us. Gustavo, a staff of the building, promptly came to assist us with any problem. I felt very safe here as well. The balcany was pleasant for a drink or just to relax. This apartment has relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, I was very sad to leave it. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to BA for any period of time. It was incredible.
My 3.5 week stay at Palermo Loft was beyond my expectations! It was a couple blocks away from major bus and subway lines yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I could easily get anywhere I needed to go by walking or taking public transit and there were always taxis present if I was in a hurry. I often spent late afternoons at the Bosques de Palermo park close by and as a single woman I felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything you would need for a long or short stay. I loved the black out shades so I could sleep in the morning until I felt rested. The corner markets and fruit stands right outside made it super convenient to buy groceries. Marcelo was also nice to have as a point of contact in case I had any concerns. Can I just live there forever? I'd never stay anywhere else!
Merci !
This was our first time in Buenos Aires and we really love it , the location of the loft is super convenience ; close to supermarkets, coffee shop , Gelato shops and the Metro . The loft is very cozy and offer a comfortable long bed , hot water and two extra beds with a good mattress that can be hidden making more space during the day at the first floor.
We were very interested of learn how to dance Tango and Adrian was very helpful from the first contact with local information of places to visit and explore in this matter . The beautiful wooden floor was perfect to practice.
We did enjoy to cook at home and made some movies night with the projector, that was a plus ! we use our Netflix account with the internet of the loft.
Adrian was very proactive to assist us when we need assistance and Marcelo as well.

We have an excelent stay in Buenos Aires. The listing description was accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities, etc.. The department is located in a shopping area and accessible to all means of transport. Near to Santa Fe street, one of the most important aveneu of Bs. As. and near to Rural property, the Bs. As Zoo and Palermo Woods.
The property was clean and well-maintained. The beds and linens were of good quality and had an excellent break. The heating was adequate.
The manager offered a good customer service. It was time to greet us and always very helpful. We have problems with wifi coneccion but it might solve.
I recommend this property, especialy for international tourists, especially for those who want to learn tango in Buenos Aires.
We enjoy watching movies in the great player that has the department and renting movies in a near video. We enjoy visiting somo attraction of Bs. As.: Japanese Garden, neighborhood of Recoleta, La Boca and San Telmo. We enjoy eating excelent food in a variety of restaurants and pubs. And we enjoy cultural activities (visit to the Museum of Fine Arts , fairs and exhibitions).

All these are around the block: The Exposition Center 'La Rural' where they have horse shows, Tango & fashion shows and other expos. On Godoy Cruz, there are several small shops selling empanadas, photocopy & print shop, a new yummy take out place (complementing the french take out that's already on the corner of Juncal and Oro), and a very affordable laundry wash & fold . A small neighborhood market is right across the street from the Loft, very convenient for buying supplies & groceries. A small healthy organic market is on Godoy Cruz.
